On June 19th, 2021, I purchased the $999 Illustration Bundle for a children's book. I paid in full for the illustration of my ********** book********************* I explained that she had opportunities to pitch her book, scheduled a pre order campaign, and book tour schedule. I was told FROM THE BEGINNING they could illustrate her entire book in 6 months. I made it clear that would be my deciding factor. We had to cancel her book tour, refund preorder book orders, and worst of all I've had to look at ************* disappointment of not having her book completed until this day. We are a few months from **************** and I hired this company when she was 5. My "project manager" ****** is a joke. Their "complaint process" is a joke. They pretend to offer accountability and support and they don't. I have completed their complaint form on their website several times and called many times. Nothing changes. I only have 16 pages and its been over a year of inconsistent communication and mediocre project management. As of today I have not heard or received any illustrations from ****** in OVER A MONTH. They took my money and did not deliver what I paid for. I'll be lucky if I get a completed project from them. I am now questioning if those "reviews" on their website are even real people. Until I get a partial refund, I will continue to bring accountability. My ********** brand has suffered real damages as a result of working with their company.Initial Complaint

I paid $800 for my book to be illustrated about a year ago. The process has been long and the ending quality of work is not what I want. Upon receive a rough draft of the final revisions I responded with an file that I wanted to be gone over and implemented. I have tried to contact my agent, call the business and even tried to do a live chat and it's been radio silence for a couple days now. The final rough draft of the book is full of inconsistencies from the characters to media type. I'm all round unhappy with the results and would like a fair compromise around money back. Their guarantee is money back at any point in the process. There are more emails and documents I can send in addition to what I've sent here.
