I made a purchase earlier this year. Inside this order, there is a pair of shoes they send wrong size to me. It should be US 7 but they send ** 7.5 I didn't realize until now and just found out the size is wrong. I never wear them out since it's too big. So I contacted the business and want to get a pair to exchange or do a return. They are quite rude and do not offer any solution. They only stated it's out of return window and shut the conversation. But they definitely can be proactive on this and try to find a mitigate solution. I'm really unhappy with their atitude and they sell luxury stuff but with such unprofessional service.Initial Complaint

I purchased a sweatshirt via website on December 27th 2022. The package was delivered with December 29th 2022 by ****** ***** also verified the delivery with a photo. There was no signature or signature required. I got home from work and there was no package on my front Porch. I asked family members, neighbors which all had similar answers. Theyve seen no package or received a package. I waited a few days just to make sure. After a few days I contacted TheWebser via their customer service email late December or early January. They two almost 3 weeks to get back to me. Telling me they are unable to refund me or send a replacement. They customer service lady had an attitude and accused me of fraud. Who the heck does that. What kind of customer service is that. Unreal. She then initiates a claim with ***** on my behalf. So I wait the recommended **** business days. I tried calling ***** for an update they told me they only update the business which would the TheWebster. I did my own investigation and I found the individual who stole my package. It was a person who lives way down my street 6 blocks down who walks their dog in the morning. I confronted the individual and I was handed a flannel from the same bean that the company sells on their website! I emailed them explain what happened, that I received an item I did not purchase. Well no I cant refund because its been past 30 days. So my package got stolen, I found the person, received an item back that I did not order. Was accused of lying by customer service. They ignored my emailed and calls for weeks and I have yet to hear from them after I sent them photos of the item I received from the person who stole my package!! How are these people even doing business. They basically stole $833 from you.
