I came to the establishment to get a broken window replaced. I sat there for over an hour waiting on services. They told me that it would take another hour and a half. I let them know that I had to go pick up my children and I would come back afterwards Once I pulled out of the establishment I realize that my open door light was on so I pulled over to close the door and the light remained on. I turned right back around came back to the establishment and let them know the door was not closing they removed it and put it back on and they closed it. I left I went to go pick up my children and as I was trying to load my children in the car thats when I realized that the door was no longer opening so I called them to let them know what happened. They said that they did not do it, and it was not their problem that that the door was opening and closing when I first got here I reminded them that the whole door wouldnt close situation before I left pretty much which made me have to stay longer and they said that they are not at fault and theyre not willing to do anything to resolve this issue so Im trying to come to Better Business Bureau to file a complaint while I am proceeding with my lawsuit lawsuit.
