Date-17 February 2023, Amount $432.90 I asked before I purchased the two bundles of hair if they were returnable, I was told by the sales clerk, yes as long as the bands on the hair were not cut. I was showed a picture of what the curls would look like once wet. I took the hair home and tested a couple strands of hair and they did not curl up at all. I would have never purchase the hair if I knew that. When I bought the hair it was straight, that why I asked the question. I was told the manager had to approve the return, he (*********************) notified me and said I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee, plus $10.00 for each bundle of hair. There was no signs in the store stating any return policies!, he also stated they would only return my money only if the factor approved it!! I also took a picture of what the hair looked like when purchased. I want curly hair not straight,,Initial Complaint

0n ******* I found there merchandise online an I read that the store policy was ok to returned merchandise and get refunded, walked in to their store on ******* to buy my hair extension and the hair display look and feel very nice I bought about ******** witch per salespersons it was their best quality. Same day I went and show it to my hair dresser and said the this type of hair usually after rinse it doesn't look and feel ok. So I called the store and the same sales person answer and I asked her if I could please take the hair back and she said that I need it to ask my self, the owner who his name is ***** the owner who he was in India beacuse she couldn't help me with that. Later the same evening I received a text from her the sales person and ***** who said that I could only exchange but not returned to get my money back. I told him that this quality was no good for me and I also told him that sales person never told me that I couldn't returned to get my money back or saw any sign of no refund policy. It's been two weeks I had my extension done and it's true the quality of the hair it's no good that's why I decided to report open this claim to tried to get my money back. Please Better Business Bureau assist me with this matter. Thank you.Business response
