      I did the health assessment survey on ** care wellness they said if you did survey you get 40$ gift card they take my personal health information they dont give the gift card

      Worst health care experience ever. My husband and I are being billed for all sorts of tests that we had when we went in for our annual exams. Preventive medicine is not supposed to be charged with our plan. All of the LA Care agents I spoke to agree. However, of course LA Care is trying to blame me for not reviewing my handbook, but I was assured by the doctor that we would not be charged either and by the lab. I've been on the phone for hours multiple weeks now with all of the facilities trying to get certain codes corrected. LA Care provides letters about the grievances filed and resolved and provides phone numbers to call if I have questions, but I'm inevitably on hold for long amounts of time and then transferred over and over again to different departments. No one seems to know what's going on or why I was billed. I get voice mails asking me to send copies of the bills and to call LA Care to provide the phone number to Quest Diagnostics. They want me to do their job for them and provide information that should already be in their system. Worst company ever. Staff not knowledgeable at all. Not helpful at all. If I am given any other option for healthcare from ********** next year, I will take it. Nothing can be worse than this. LA Care said they would file grievances and get the issues resolved for 5 bills that my husband and I received. All of these bills we were told at the time of service that there would be no co-pay, but we were billed anyway. I would like LA Care to call Quest Diagnostics and ******* Radiology and resolve these issues and get all of these bills waived. This is clearly a miscommunication between the providers and the insurance and we are for some reason being held responsible and told to pay for services that we clearly stated we would not have done if they were not free. My outstanding bills are with Quest Diagnostics for $21.09 and $40 (M. Porshnev) My husband's bills at Quest for $21.09 and $40 and ******* Radiology $95 (A. Porshnev)

      LA CARE HEALTH PLAN has signed me up with a health care plan without my permission. I have talked with an LA CARE HEALTH PLAN and a COVERED ********** REPRESENTATIVE where we all agreed that I have BLUESHEILD INSURANCE.Now I am getting an Invoice for ****** stating that I have to pay for a silver 70 hmo!This is illegal!!! I specifically told them very clear I didnt want there cheap service or plan!!

      November 2022, someone in rolled me into LA care, health insurance without my consent. I contact ** healthcare insurance. Talk to customer service told them. I did not enroll ******* and I dont want it. Please remove me. Customer service told me I was too late. I told them its not too late because I didnt enroll. I demand be removed. customer service said LA care is your insurance. I demand to be removed, I dont want your health insurance. This has been going on for nine months. I am retired. I receive my ******** plan A and B I am happy with it. I dont want someone what doctors to see, plus no doctor wants Medi-Cal . I receive my ******** plan an and B I am happy with it. I dont want someone telling me what doctor to see. I called department social service they say its LA care I call ** care they say ************* social service. My next step is to take them to court. As of today Im enrolled

      I had my child april 13th 2021 i got my la health care in august 2020, after having her I received multiple bills from the hospital stating that my insurance didnt pay and i owed an amount of $66,000 i contacted la care immediately and they told me that it showed i had another insurance at the time which wasn't true. i was on my moms plan prior to la care, due to me turning 26 the insurance ended before i even applied to LA care. I spoke with ********** in which he told me to email him the proof of lost coverage which i did march 21,2022 today i received a bill from collections stating that i still owe $66,000! I need this cleared asap
