Part of the Homeless Hustle. Play like they care and run this amazing non-profits organization. But, after the funding is secure for this particular service provider, anything goes. Promise you, the location on ***** near LaBrea receives far less service, attention, *********************** like physical and mental health. I spent nearly four years at this location, which has recently closed for remodeling because of a horrible over pay on an old run down internal disaster. Under trained staff, under educated workers on all levels including the Program Director. After my personal encounters with this classic "*****". I now know, where the toxic, evil, manipulative culture comes from. Why Staff and Management use work hours to sit in the office the entire shift for years, sexually harassing homeless clients and blantantly retaliate by damaging the clients (me) vehicle on (6) separate occasions. Keep in mind, every act, movement is on video for classic "*****" to see. Never once was any changes in operation or attitude from this staff member. In fact, each time things escalated. In fact, this Staff member after my first complaint, which took eight months of me being the adult and ignoring odd behaviors for attention. A promotion was granted for job well done! Lol. Great job *****! Incident, after incident with no progress in my housing search and zero applications submitted. Keep in mind (3.5 years) of Federal funding the behavior and treatment get worse. No actions taken on harassment, attempts to file a Grievance ignored, I inform *****, but, instead of LAHSA policy and procedures of starting the grievance process for me, they notified them in hopes it'll all be fixed. Nope, TPC, tried slick lies and manipulation claiming they talked with me and the issues are resolved! Resolved? I never, ever felt even close to a resolution. Not once, was I offered funds for each (6) times strong liquids were tossed on my cars paint. Video don't lie, same shift, same Staff. 0stars
