      DO NOT STAY HERE!! Booked and paid for this room thru ***********. Arrived and I am disabled. There is no valet, no one to help with ur luggage and $45 to park per night in this sketchy open too criminal that want to walk thru. Security is only here from 8-5 and 10pm to 6am FOR THE ENTIRE PROPERTY!! The phones dont work if you try to call the front desk it constantly send you back to reservation. I have been charged AGAIN FOR THIS ROOM AFTER ALREADY PAYING FOR IT. Left $.74 on my account if I didnt have savings to move money to that account auto pay bills would cause my account to be overdrawn. The front desk staff treat you like you are bothering them. This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. You are better off at a *********

      Lies upon lies and no one will answer, I booked my stay because the room offered free continental breakfast. A complete lie which we came to find out the day we checked in, no one answers the phone and when you come to the front desk the front desk ladies are just chit chatting with no concern of phones ringing. They said continental breakfast wasnt offered as their hotel is under renovation which it clearly did not state that on the web engine I booked through. They start drilling and banging very early in the morning not allowing a good nights rest, the room states queen size bed but its not a queen size bed more like a full size bed. The hotel is dirty and feels unsafe; we had a toilet explode on the last night of our stay. We couldnt use the toilet as there was sewage water everywhere also in our bath tub. We had to speak to whoever was in the front desk and he said he didnt have a cleaning crew and that we had to wait until he could clean it up, we requested a different room as it was disgusting after the toilet exploded all over and he said they were fully booked and couldnt offer us another room. He came to clean it with something that looked like windex and towels, wasnt sanitized just wiped and we had to sleep in those conditions. We couldnt shower as we were grossed out to step in the bathroom; all our stuff that was left in the bathroom was ruined as there was sewage water everywhere up to the counters by the sink so all our belongings had to be trashed and left behind. We had to pay for breakfast which we didnt anticipate or budget for as the hotel offered free continental breakfast but because it was under renovations all they gave was a muffin a small juice and an apple not at all why we chose to stay here. **************** is out the roof and rooms dont get cleaned daily unless you are in the room; I wonder why that is.. horrible stay!!

      Everything went wrong from the time we checked in, what their website states is very different from our actual stay and prices are off. The website states they charge a $50 deposit, upon arrival they have a printed sign that states $100 deposit? Im sorry but when im booking a hotel from 5 hours away I cant see your sign on the desk im expecting to pay $50 like the website states. Another was they state $30 parking fee per night, we were charged $50 parking fee per night. The hotel website also states continental breakfast buffet, no where on the website did it state that the whole hotel was under construction and they offered a grocery bag breakfast! We booked this hotel because we wanted to be able to save money and eat at the hotel ******* our stay. As we were on vacation I book my hotels accordingly the pool and gym were both closed for construction as well, which was also not stated on the website.The parking garage elevators are out of order so if you arrive late like we did we had to carry our luggage down 6+ flights of stairs to get to the hotel lobby and this was every time we wanted to get back to our car. They do not have a lounge sitting area inside the hotel, instead they put a fence up in the parking garage were its over 100 degrees and put lounge chairs in there for you to sit, also added port a potties outside. We were charged over $500 for our stay, with everything we endured while staying at this hotel we shouldnt have had to pay a *****! This hotel needs to be shut down during renovations and or they need to let people know BEFORE booking that these things are not available. Very, very disappointing and I did leave my reviews on the website site and also *******

      Bait-and-Hook - What they don't display on their website and dare to share with you when booking your hotel room. ;I had a recent overnight stay at ** Quinta *** and must say, I have never felt so duped when checking in. ** Quinta has always been my go-to place. I had a recent stay in January at the Zion location and everything went smoothly. I was informed that the LA location has new ownership. This could explain my experience and exorbitant prices that aren't explained until you arrive at the front desk. They later explained that there was signage in the parking lot. That does no visitor any good. I did some research and found hundreds of complaints dating back to 2021 about not being told about the increasing parking fees and that it is not on the Wyndham website where i booked my reservation. The next day, I showed the manager the webpage I booked from and that nowhere in there is there mention of the extra $46 daily cost to park your car. I mean, just that cost alone would have turned me as a customer to look elsewhere. I think they know this. How can they not?1) I booked my stay via the ****************************** website. Spoke with an agent who gave me the cost of my overnight stay I told him I would call back after shopping around. I ended up calling back and booked my room. For the record, I told the booking agent I have a dog, twice.Upon arrival, I was given the following charges:Room - $156.29 (I prepaid over the phone) This is for a 1-night ******** fee - $25 daily (I thought this was included in the $156.29). Nonetheless, I paid for it.Total - $181.29 Additional Fees:Misc. Fees $50.00 Misc Fees $50.00 Misc Fees $75.00 Parking $46.00 PER DAY! After hearing my complaint, Manager ***** did her best to remedy the situation. She is a wonderful and pleasant employee and it was because of her that I will give La Quinta another try.2) Lastly, It smelled of marijuana everywhere. In the elevators & the halls. I have my asthma today.

      Bed bugs all over the bed. I got bites everywhere. After I found out the situation. I have notice three of their front desk people including a supervisor. But after I told them how suffered I got from this. They only give me three poor little bag of alcohol bags. And the guy which is the supervisor was so annoyed when I was asking. They never informed the hotel manager about this situation and never responded back to me. I arrive hotel in the 2 am in the morning. I found out the bed bugs at 6. I only slept around 3 hours a day to deal with this. But they never gave me a solution and cared. I have to get medicine myself. I have been called them all day reaching out the manager, but he was never there. First time is saying he is having a meal right now and will finish in 20 mins. After I called again after 20 mins, they told me to wait for the next day. I am just trying to receive positive and easy solution for this but they never cared. Now I am trying to tell everyone about this and be careful when you live in this hotel. I got videos that a many big bed bags and small bed bugs moving in the bed even on my pillows. It was so disturbing and scary. I never met this before and I hope whoever saw this could give me advice how I can deal with this situation and how I get justice for this.
