I rent in ********************* that TGA Manages I have a bottom floor facing the outside. My outside wall is the wall for the downspouts. In April of 2020 with heavy rains my office flooded from the overflow of rain and a clogged drain line and one missing drain line. I requested maintenance on my online account portal as a maintenance request form is available to fill out and provide documents or pictures. My request was made on March 26 of 2020 no reply. A second request for assistance was made on April 1st 2020 nothing In May they sent a gentleman from *********** to fix problem.They did not. Sprayed my office wall with the wrong solution for mold, was not intended for drywall. On the outside they buried the open drain openings with rock and dirt and backfilled dirt up against my wall, thus clogging the drain lines. They claim this was the fix. I had mold problems and could not use my office for a month & a half because of my ************** problems. Meanwhile I soaked the walls in bleach and bought a hepa filter. Eventually I was able to use my office. In April of 2021 I requested help again with the rains and water sitting outside my office walls were damp and stinky. They canceled my request with no help.This December during our heavy rains my office flooded again and I requested help. A month later I got an email from ********************* requesting I leave the *************** were terminating my contract. This issue has gone on for three years along with other *************** issues in the building that have been reported by myself and other tenants. I have followed protocol for requesting maintenance & have received ************* I am being bullied to leave the building with no where to go. I am a good tenant that does lots of clean up around the building & even had to purchase and install a lock on the women's restroom door which had broken. I requested maintenance for this and was ignored. I feel that I am being evicted due to my requests for help
