Kevin Jewelers does not stand behind there products and services. I have take my wedding ring back three times for repairs. The first two times they repaired at no cost, and the third time the ring was sent offsite and they are attempting to charge me. They have kept my ring for several months and customer service will not return an email of phone call.Review from Robert W

Most terrible customer service EVER! If you do buy from here, ********************** on any service plans/warranty....My wife had a small stone fall out of her wedding ring. At time of purchase I shelled out for the lifetime warranty and was told just bring it back to the store and they'd take care of it.Apparently things have changed since...and they wanted US to contact the warranty company by email...wait for someone to contact us and give us directions on sending the ring in by mail.We literally walked across the walkway to Alexander **************************** HAS A JEWELER ON SITE...and fixed it in an hour for a hundred bucks.Will never deal with Kevin Jewelers again....do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!Review from Sona M

This is the worst choice I've ever made which was to buy a ring from here. The store lied to us and sold ** a diamond that was not what it was on the license and it was a complacently different stone. We had the stone examined and it was a comply disappointment. The store manager **** was not helpful and at all and wouldn't take the ring back stating that the ring is the exactly what we they have on the paper. That is a complete lie! I spent way too much time on this issues trying to return the ring but they wouldn't take it. Based on my experience with Kevin Jewelers, I highly suggest everyone to not buy anything from this store if you don't like to be lied to by spending thousands of dollars on rings that are not even worth a 1k. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Kevin's Jewelers. Back in 2017, I made a significant purchase by buying a ring from this establishment, along with a lifetime warranty. However, my recent experience has left me with a negative sentiment towards this company.When I tried to get my ring cleaned today, I was shocked to learn that repairs are now handled by a different company. To my surprise, the staff turned me away, insisting that I needed to create an email request for repair and send my ring to this unknown entity. This new policy was never mentioned when I initially purchased the lifetime protection plan, and I find it completely unacceptable.Furthermore, what exacerbates my dissatisfaction is the lack of communication from Kevin's Jewelers. As a loyal customer, I would have expected to be notified of such a significant change in their policies. However, I was completely blindsided when I walked into the store and was handed a cheap flier, which apparently detailed the changes that had already taken place. This lack of transparency and disregard for customer communication is, in my opinion, nothing short of shady business practices.Considering my experience, I cannot, in good faith, recommend Kevin's Jewelers to anyone. The abrupt policy change without notification and the inconvenience it has caused me as a customer have left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. If this is how Kevin's Jewelers treats their customers, I see no reason to continue doing business with them.Review from Dane S

I bought my wife some hoop earrings after the purchase on the receipt said I received and inspected the above articles. The work performed is to my satisfaction, and the article are in good order. This was printed after they've already process my credit card and I was not told to inspect nor where there is a sign posted in their store to examine the earrings, I don't wear earrings and they look fine but when I brought them home to my wife she said they were defected. I took them back someday to the store. They kept them all week said they were going to work on them however, I picked them up. They're still the same. I'm gonna report this also to my credit card bank to get my money back because Kevin Jewelers refused to refund meKevin Jewelers Response

I purchased a sapphire/diamond ring for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was not very expensive but was definitely precious for my daughter. The sales lady suggested purchasing a warranty...LIFETIME warranty. Sounded like a great suggestion so I added it to my purchase. Just a few weeks later 2 diamonds fell off. Per warranty the store replaced the diamonds. Few months later we had the same issue. Again they had to fix it. This occurred multiple times. On June 5th, 2022 we had to take the ring AGAIN for the same reason. 2-3 diamonds fell off. Well now they are saying that we have to pay $55.00 to get them replaced. Lifetime warranty???? Really???
I was told that we are out of warranty. This was clearly not explained when the ring was sold and warranty was bought. I have purchased several jewelry items from Kevin Jewelers but now I m really disappointed with their service. I would really like some resolution to this. Either they refund my money along with warranty $$ or honor the warranty work. It is not our fault for them to make such bad quality jewelry.Review from MG L

Fake product and false representation at Kevin Jewelers Kevin Jewelers sold me a vintage Rolex watch for $6,000 at the Westfield Mall in Culver City. The watch is a Datejust model, meaning it tells time and date. The watch does NOT tell date or time accurately. So, it is completely useless. $6,000 was cheated out of me. It broke three times in one year. They have kept it "in service" for six months in total. Still cannot fix it. Kevin Jewelers lied about the authenticity of the watch as well. The watch also has fake/inauthentic parts inside it. (They mentioned one modification in small print. It is because it was a clearly visible modification.) The watch actually has many fake parts inside, requiring a Rolex repair shop to open it up. So, they did NOT mention it in writing. In fact, an authorized Rolex dealer would NOT fix it because of the many non-Rolex or inauthentic parts. They won't refund it although they sold a defective product and lied about authenticity. Their district manager whose name starts with the letter Z told me personally that they would of course back their products' authenticity did NOT keep her word to refund it when they saw the proof from a real/authorized Rolex dealer AND another reputable watch collectors' magazine called Hodinkee. Kevin Jewelers lied and sold a fake (and defective product) for $6,000. Won't do the right thing.Review from Courtney D

I am currently still financing a really expensive tennis bracelet I purchased for my mom a few months ago for her birthday. I finally gave it to her on her birthday of this year January 2022. We put it on right, made sure it was double clamped and then she just wore it! She loved it! A week later she looks down at her wrist and the bracelet is missing! She doesn't know where it fell off at and we retraced all of her steps to see if we'd get lucky and find it. But no luck of course. I contacted the store In the antelope valley mall where I purchased it to see if the warranty I bought could help in anyway and it didn't. I told an older lady what happened and she accused us of not putting the bracelet on correctly! A bracelet worth over $1500 I'm going to make sure I put it on correctly! I assured her I put it on and double clamped it and made sure it was on right! I told her maybe they sold us defective bracelet because I don't understand why it would fall off after wearing it for a whole week! I've had my bracelet I purchased from another store on for a whole year and it never comes off! I go back and forth with her for awhile and at that point I am over it. I ask for a corporate number to speak to someone and she gave me a number where they kept telling me they couldn't help me. A credit place! I would like to make a complaint about the QUALITY of the bracelet! People shouldn't have to continue financing something that was bad quality and fell off! I called the store back multiple times and the older lady finally told me she would have a manager contact me back the next day and nobody ever contacted me back. Do yourselves a favor and don't purchase anything from here. If the bracelet was good quality it wouldn't have never fell off after a week! I'm stuck financing a bracelet and a warranty for who knows how long and we don't even have the bracelet anymore and nobody could do anything about it!
