The supervisor walked through each room of our house with me and repeated after me that I wanted mostly the floor cleaned plus basic cleaning. He then gave me a rate per cleaner per hour that was not discussed as the price on the phone 1 day earlier as 3 cleaners walked in. Seeing that there would be 3 people working to clean floors and do basic cleaning he agreed they would try to finish in 4 hours. 5 hours later the floors in 80% of the house were not swept, mopped, scrubbed or cleaned in any way. The rest of the house was lightly cleaned (similar to what is done weekly in our house by one cleaner over 5 hours). The service was billed as deep cleaning by an experienced team. I ended the service 6hours in as I had to leave (as I mentioned before any cleaning began to the supervisor who replied he understood and said they would be done in time). In the end I was charged 1400 dollars for superficial cleaning and 70% of the floors plus the only staircase were unswept, unmopped, and not clean. I paid the full amount based on per hour charge minus 30 minutes. I discussed with the supervisor that I was paying but unhappy with the job which was not complete and not satisfactory. The companys methods are a trap to unassuming customers. Once the team starts to clean your home, you cannot do anything but wait until they have squeezed an unreasonable amount of time out of a one person cleaning job, all while paying for what was billed as deep cleaning by 3 people, each being paid by the hour.
