I hired this company to do a move for me which they did and I paid them in full for which I have a receipt. They damaged my entire bedroom set and one of my TV's for which they did not fully compensate me. When I left them a bad review on Yelp two weeks later, they charged my credit card for $550 without my authorization or without me even knowing that they had kept my credit card on file. I called them to point out the charge and what it was for, and they said it was because I left a bad review. How can a company charge a consumer for a bad review? And isn't it illegal to keep a credit a card on file without the owners permission?
