I placed an order back in February with no items received. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and to cancel the order. They responded saying that they cannot do this. They provided me a tracking number. I did follow up with the carrier who confirms that *** supply never supplied the packages to be sent. This is fraud. A dispute has been made with the bank. If this fails, I will look into legal action.Review from Aidan B

Bought a shirt February 11th and have yet to receive it as it is currently July 22nd, with several emails back and forth claiming that I was on an expedite list and denying a refund saying once an order has been made it cannot be modified. I am tired of waiting and just simply want my money back at this point but Im not even sure if thatll happen.Review from Joshua R.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered shoes and clothes in February and received 1 update. The shipping time stated 4 weeks,however it been almost 3 months and still haven't received my products nor any additional updatesReview from Robert J

Ordered my shoes from them in February it is now April. They sent over communication stating they are delayed, but still no response on when the shipment will arrive, and no estimate either. The organization has failed to provide me a tracking number, or any additional information on when I can receive me shoes. Big Fan of this company, and wish they could provide a better product.Review from ATL W

Ordered a shirt back in February, the company took payment for the item, has not shipped anything. I contacted multiple times and received responses that state they do not know when items will ship and contact if you want a refund. Asked for a refund and was told I would receive my refund in 8-10 business daysthat was over a month ago. It is now April and contacted again about the status on my refund and have not gotten any confirmation.Review from Antonio N
