This my email message on 6/10/22: I placed an order and received my package. However, the high potency organic gluthatione and vitamin C expired on 05/12/2022.I placed my order in 5/23/2022. This company provided me an expired bottle. Please can you make arrangements to provide me unexpired bottle of high potency organic gluthatione and vitamin C. ******* tracking number: ****************************** *********** responded on 6/23/2022Thank you for your email! We have looked into the issue and have forwarded it to our ************* Manager and Warehouse Team. We will be checking in with you in a few days to update you on the status of the issue.I have emailed several more time since this email in June 2022. I called the number and it is always busy. Finally, on 2/13/2023 I received this message from the company Hi, thanks for reaching out and we apologize for the delay in response. Your email might have slipped somewhere in our inbox but rest assured we're here to help you now. Do you still have your order ID? If not, can we get the email address you used to purchase? I'd be happy to take care of this for you. I took the time to forwarded the original email message from June 2022, and never receive a reply.*********** charged my card $95.80 on 5/23/2023 from SkinLighten CA. I am requesting a refund or for the company to provide me unexpired pills. I provided photos of the expired pills to the company; Unfortunately, I no longer have the photos. I purchase a 3 month supply on the website on 03/15/2022. I sent them an email to check on my order which I finally received on 03/17/2022. I had travelled at the moment upon my arrival and receiving opening my package on 03/25/2022 I sent an email on 03/29/2022 after opening 1 bottle and realizing that all 3 were to expire on 05/04/2022. They asked me to send a picture for review which I did on 03/31/2022. They told me they will escale the matter to customer care manager, all I wanted was for them to exchange the bottles that were expiring. I waited until 04/05 to send another email to check on response which they answered that they will be checking with me in a few days and I still decided to wait. I even sent them an email threatening them to sue because it is not normal that they send pills that are expiring, despite my attempts I still have not received an email or any feedback from the company up to today. I consumed 1 bottle and initially wanted the other 2 bottles to be replaced because I was not going to be able to consume them prior to the expiration date.
