I made my purchase on ****** of a 20x30 tent. They sell the parts individually. I was told about the place, so I went ahead of time to see if they had what I needed. The first time I went, "*******," was helpful and told me to call before I came, and he would put everything together and have it ready for me. I called a week later and told them I was headed over. When I arrived, he hadn't. Once he was done, at checkout, the cashier said I could pay no tax, but the sale would be final. I said, "No, I'll pay the taxes, in case something happens." I got home and we couldn't put the tent together. My friend came over and tried to assemble the tent. He couldn't. He said we had the wrong connectors. I went back to the store and told them. "*******" came to the front and said I had the right parts. We went back to where the parts were located, and I called my friend. I sent him pictures of what they had, and he sent me pictures of what I needed. They made it seem like I had the correct parts but were constantly communicating in Spanish. The next morning my friend came over and said they gave me the same parts back! He said he heard "*******" tell another employee when I was there, that they didn't have the right parts, but don't tell me. I had to go to another store and spend more money! I've tried to call them numerous times, and they won't answer the phone. I returned to the store with someone that could translate and that I trust! My friend told me that when I walked in, the security guard said, "That's the Black girl that was here last week!" We tried to explain the situation to the manager. At first, she said, no returns, all sales final. I said no I paid tax, so that I could return any of the items in case something happened. Then she said I couldn't return it because it was too late. I told her I had to wait to get someone to come that could translate. While talking to her, the security guard (in Spanish), tried to say I bought it elsewhere. THERE'S MORE!!!
