I went to the online auction and won the auction with a radar detector and was awaiting the shipment to show when someone stole my package they said they were refunding it but never did..Business response

Apologies for the lateness of this response. The letter was not sent to our **************** in ********, ***********
I asked our E-Commerce manager to research this claim. Here is his response.
"Hi Alohna,
This customer did not contact us in any way regarding an item. They also have had 7 accounts with **********************, with every one under a different name. They have been closed. Here is what it says under the name used on the BBB complaint:
