I am filing this complaint against GTX Corp regarding a transaction on 10/8/23, during which I paid $379 for GPS tracker insoles covered under warranty. I returned the set on 12/26/23 at the suggestion of the business. The business committed to providing repair services for the defective item.Since then, there has been a complete lack of communication and unresolved warranty service. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via emails and phone calls, the business has not responded.The nature of the dispute revolves around the failure of the business to honor its commitment to repair the defective product. This lack of action has led me to believe that my money has essentially been taken without receiving the promised service.Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly with the business, there has been no response. The absence of communication raises serious concerns about the business's customer service and integrity.The tracking number associated with the returned item is 1Z020VY10312299235. The Reference ID I was provided by the company is ***********-RMA. I request BBB intervention to compel the business to fulfill its commitment under the warranty or provide a full refund.
