We contacted Reese Repairs to fix our dryer. They didnt show for the first appointment. They showed up the next day. ********* looked at our dryer and said he needed to order parts. The required us to pay for the parts and said it would take 3-5 days for the parts to come in. Its been almost 3 weeks and we have not heard from them. They cashed my check and will not answer the phone or respond to texts. We looked them up in Yelp and they have scammed several other people too.Business response

Hello, we have looked into this, and we see this is still open in our system, we do not see any calls or text from the customer but looks like the manufacturer has not sent out the parts yet for some reason, we will need to contact them Monday to see what the hold upis . We will contact the customer Monday to get this sorted out.Customer response

We spoke to her husband the other day and explained to him the parts werent sent so we reordered them, he said that will work for him.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
My husband spoke to Mr. *********************** He claimed the part was backordered and he would cancel that ordered part and order from a different company. My husband asked for communication and to let my husband know about the status of the new part. We have heard nothing from him.That was 11 days ago. It has been a month since they came out, diagnosed, got payment from us for the parts and supposedly ordered the part. We would either like the part or a refund. I can not trust that this will get resolved. The only reason we have communication with Mr. ********************** at all is because I have filed this complaint.
