      I signed up for the scent club subscription in June. On August 9th I canceled the subscription and received a confirmation email confirming that my subscription was canceled. On September 3rd I was charged $24.95 ($4.95 for shipping) for the September subscription scent and on September 4th the order shipped. I didn't notice until September 11th when checking my credit card statement for something else. I checked my account page on ********************** and it showed that I had no current subscription. I immediately reached out to Skylar Support through email. They have no phone number listed and list no way to contact them except through email. So I emailed them explaining the issue and even attached a copy of my cancelation confirmation email. They responded the next day and apologized but said that I was still signed up for a subscription, they made sure it was now canceled, and I could set up a return once it's arrived through their return link. The return link will not refund the $4.95 shipping fee. So I have to pay for their mistake? I have just responded to their email saying this is unacceptable and reattached a copy of the cancelation confirmation email. Why should I have to wait a week for the product to show up while they keep my money that they essentially stole from me and then not fix the issue until I send the return and once again wait a week for them to receive before they will refund only some of the money they took from me? I'm still waiting on a response and for the product I didn't order to arrive but I'm planning on doing a "return to sender" on the package and disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would not recommend signing up for a subscription service with Skylar.

      I wanted to bring to your attention the customer service I received recently when reaching out to Skylar for assistance. My wife and I searched for some time for the right fragrance that she would wear that would leave **************** for our kids. We inevitably landed on a Skylar fragrance: Vanilla Sky. I purchased a box set from Nordstroms for her for Christmas. My wife used the rollerball applicator and recently began using the spray bottle. However, shortly after using the spray bottle the pump ceased to work.I reached out to Skylar for assistance, hoping to simply receive a replacement top for the 1.7 oz bottle. Unfortunately, I was instructed by Skylar customer service to work with the retailer, which would include a return of the used product. The spray applicator failure belongs to the manufacturer and could easily be remedied with a replacement applicator (top).I am very displeased. The fragrance was not cheap and I expect better quality control and customer service.

      Found that the scent did not last at all. And you have to use way too much of it. Being organic and clean is fine but it should not be like you're putting scented water on yourself. You need to have a mind of your own when it comes to reviewing items and not just rely on 20 year olds and their opinion of a product that they get for free or they get special perks and treats for endorsing a product.

      Awful customer service. Do not offer any resolution to the point I felt I was being scammed. Do not bother to order from them.
