May 9 paid $1050 in bitcoin initial "deposit"May 19 paid $2500 in bitcoin in "withdrawal fee"May 19 charged additional $1000 for error Supposedly my investment is worth over $500,000.I was asking for withdrawal of $15,000 and then $20,000. Company requested photo ID of drivers license, company was fishing for bank information and any payment method personal information. Individual tried to reset accounts and passwords to crypto wallets and banks.When you try to withdrawl any money or say nevermind I do not want any part of this it sounds like a scam, they random you for more money, then they have a 3rd party try to "steal" your account if you don't pay soon enough. I have notified my bank of fraud and scam. The company in question has since then disactivated my account. And has personal information from me and I am worried that they may sell my information or try to black mail me for more money. I just asked for my investment back and they have made my life h*** for the past 2 weeks. Trying to steal My identity and counterfeit my information.It is just one big scam. I would like what has been promised. But realize the whole thing is a scam now, and mainly want my original investment plus damages and 2 weeks time they have robbed from me. They say they were sending me $27,000... but then had someone else they are working with that posed as me and made a fake email and went as far as to give me their bank information to pose that it was safe I give them my information.It has been a nightmare and want them to pay me back. Also prevent further people from being scammed.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:Robinhood is not the company the complaint is about. I stated in my report that the company in question, cloudlivetrading is falsely using robinhoods main address as their own. I have also reached out to ***** hoods support group and informed them that this is not a complaint against them. This is also another reason why I have issue with cloudlivetrading and they are still refusing to refund any amount of money and are still demanding I pay additional money to them.Please look into my complaint further and contact the proper business. Thank you, I have also been contacted by another number claiming to be the support for the company in question , their number is *************. They are telling me still that my account with them is valued at over $540,000 and still refuse to refund any money and say they will give me full amount of account if I send them an additional $1,000. But I have already sent them over $3,000 and still can not receive initial investment back or any "withdrawal fees" they have charged.Robinhood is not the problem, it has nothing to do with them.Thank you!***************************

Http://www.cloudlivetrading.com is the company I have a complaint with. I have sent all the information I can find on them. They are falsely using Robinhoods home address, and out of all the people I have spoke with that "represent" thr company, will not give me any names or addresses that actually relate to the company's physical location or address.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because the complaint is not against Robinhood LLC.The complaint is against http://www.cloudlivetrading.com i have reached out and stated this several times. I have also spoken with Robinhood LLC support group and explained to them that the issue i have is not with them or their company. I need someone to contact correct company and let me know if they get a response. because:

Below and attached is kind of harassment and correspondence I keep getting from cloudlivetrading demanding that I pay them an additional $1,000 and they will send me the funds that they are holding ******.
I do not know how to get any of my money back and they keep saying "last time before we delete all of your funds and profits, your account is worth over $540,000. We will not send your withdrawal requests until you pay second withdrawal fee of $1,000"From: ******************************** <********************************>****** Im not suppose to show you this but here is a blockchain wallet just with your funds in it, you can see how easy it is to send the funds to your wallet address. So you can keep on delaying the payment or go ahead and make the fee and mind you this is the last time we will be talking about this withdrawal.
