      I have been applyng to jobs posted on Robert Half's jobs portal for the past eight months. Yet I am never able to connect with a recruiter to help me do interviews or find positions that are available. Every time I try to call someone, they never answer the phone or return my messages. When I try to apply for a job at their office, they refuse to meet with anyone in person.I have been applying for jobs for the past eight months, and have been having a terrible time on the job ****. I cannot rely on unemployment insurance to support my family. These temporary agencies are supposed to have a quicker turnaround for employment, but they have been avoiding contact with job seekers. Robert Half is most guilty of this. I strongly believe they are purposely preventing me from finding jobs through their service. This has been going on for a long time, and no one ever takes responsibility for their gross negligence. I want to either connect with a recruiter who can help me find a job in my area of experience, or have someone be held accountable for malpractice.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I spoke on phone with a representative named ********* (**************) on Monday, November 18 about getting some active assistance regarding my job applications through their service. She said that she would arrange a video interview with me later this week so that she and her colleagues could start doing their jobs through the ************* Marketing-Creative office. 

      Unfortunately, I have not received any such interview. So far, Robert Half's responses have only been the bare minimum automated responses that is not offering any real service and not resolving the core issue. It's the same problem that I face when I apply for jobs independently through Indeed, Linkedin, and Glassdoor, where I get no feedback from any recruiters. I had expected that if I sign on to a job agency, there would be representatives actively helping job seekers find jobs respective to my experience. I am NOT getting that at Robert Half.

      Again, I have been unemployed for the past eight MONTHS and have been applying for jobs everywhere. Temporary job agencies like Robert Half are making the process more difficult by avoiding the very job seekers they are supposed to help.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Robert Half regarding their employment search services, which I believe have been inadequate and distressing.Since 2022, I have had a series of unsatisfactory interactions with Robert Half. Despite reaching out to my then-employer Riot Games, I was informed weeks later that I did not get the job.       For L. ********** complaint we would like the following response to be posted to the complaint: As the previous response informed, the candidate filed a complaint which was addressed by management. The candidate was informed that because she did not have the technology available to complete documents needed for onboarding, she was not able to be placed for job opportunities. Robert Half strenuously denies the posters allegations that we sell personal data, which we do not.

       

      Please note, this is in reply to the candidates continued claims that Robert Half has done something with her personal information. I only make $25 an hour but the problem is the holidays past and I was paid unfairly. I did not receive holiday pay and they never speak to me.       Is it possible for you guys to delete my profile information? Please don't ask to just go online and upload a new resume because the issue I'm describing has happened before. Recently my last employer laid me off and I became unemployed which is why I got in contact with our local branch ********, **********. They have been referring me to jobs but now I found out they've been using an old copy of my resume. What makes it worse is that recruiter *********************** sent it out to several other recruiters without my permission. One day ***** was like send me what you have now, he never said he would be sending that copy to other recruiters or at least be referring me to employers with it. In addition, the employment dates on that old Resume are not even correct.I've asked that office to not use it but I have a funny feeling they will continue to do so especially because I have not even heard from *****. I really think it's unfortunate because I've heard that even ***** is the branch manager because isn't he whom supposed to be on top of everything? I must have not explained myself well enough when first describing the issue here. Yet what you guys are talking about has nothing to do with it I understand you guys need to keep records.  For reference I included the communications I've been having with **** in the email below. I'm just trying to get you guys to use my correct Resume. See Below Correspondence.

And what I did want to mention is that I met with another client behalf of Robert Half and it looks like they are still using my old resume. I had to tell another client again that unfortunately that was an outdated resume since it has me still working for my last employer and that i'm unsure why their using it. In the future i'm thinking of just bringing my own resume's until you guys could have it figured out. 

      The BBB complaint is regarding the same issue we're talking about here, sorry I must have not explained myself well enough on BBB vs here in the emails. 

      Again for reference i'm attaching the resume I want you guys using. I have sent it to the recruiters but im unsure why they keep using the old copy.

      I've also made a complaint with the Better Business Beareau (BBB) should you hear from them, but I honestly don't mind telling you either. 

      Recently I became unemployed because my previous employer laid-me off. I got in contact with my local office Robert Half in hopes that they could help me look for employment. 

      Soon after *********************** asked me if I could send him a resume because there was a Client (Employer) whom was interested. I told ************ had a Resume ready but that It had a lot of my duties missing from my most recent employer. In addition, I let him know that

      Now I'm finding out that *********************** has been forwarding my unfinished Resume to other Recruiters within the ********, ** Office as well as other branches in ********, **. Note that I never even gave ***** permission to do that and I started to think that
      he's purposely trying to misrepresent who I really am. What I've been thinking is what would be the purpose of forwarding my Resume to a different branch when they'd be able to represent me. I'm thinking that was never intended to go out to others, the employment
      dates on that Resume aren't even correct. 

      The reason I'm finding out ***** sent that Resume out is because he's the only one who requested my Resume before it was even finished. In addition, Recruiters from the San ********************* were calling me about prospective clients but at the time they called me
      them know, oh no I was laid-off about a week ago you must have received my incorrect Resume. And that's when I had to call ********************* so that he could stop using that Resume ***** forwarded to him. What I think is odd is that I had already forwarded *****
      ***** my finished resume even before I interviewed for the Client so it made me think that he's practically ignoring me to. 

      Personally, I'd like to work with Robert Half but obviously I don't want to be misrepresented. I think that it's disrespectful for them to use a Resume that I never intended them to. I still haven't heard from ***** since I was calling him and email him about
      not using that Resume again. I have forwarded ***** my new Resume both through LinkedIn and I believe through Email during two different occasions. In my opinion, I even feel like he has something to hide, why would he be ignoring me, he obviously wasn't before. 

      That's the reason I wanted to get in contact with Senior Management so that if I can't convince them to use my correct Resume maybe management can. Note, this happened once before about two years ago when I was still employed for *****************************************************
      was interviewing with Clients they'd mention things about previous Resume's. Yet again how should that be my fault one of the reasons I quit ***************************************************** is because they never gave me the chance to be promoted to Accounting Manager. 

      Personally, I'd like to get an apology but how can we assure that the guys will be using the Resume I intend them to use ? And since ***** did forward my Resume to other Recruiters could he at least re-forwarded my new Resume to whomever he did send it to.
      What's also unfortunate is that I believe ***** is the branch manager so if he's committing some type of fraud, I'd personally think that's a bad thing.

      Back in ****, I had the unfortunate experience working for Robert Half.I was called by a recruiter, *********************************, to work a very short contract position at Rolls ***** in *******, **. The employees there wanted me to apply for a full time position. Days later, ********* called me on my way to work and told me that my contract was over. I spoke to this woman and she went completely insane. She told me never to contact her clients and as she was my boss to never set foot on the Rolls ***** property.As I explained what the full time employees told me about the culture and the personalities of the employees, she had a total breakdown. She began yelling at me and called me an idiot. She told me that she would never hire me again.Because of *********************************, I have a negative report that Robert Half still has because ********* is a cruel, heartless, cold and very insane woman. I was living in ******** and her sick comments about me were at the Robert Halfs office in ************, ********. I did not get a position then because of ********* About one month ago, someone from Robert Halfs office called me (****), for a job opportunity. He then looked up my record and found that ********* ran me under the bus. She made statements that were false.I am requesting that either my files are deleted or I intend on suing for blacklisting me and making defamatory remarks that have kept me from gainful employment.

Based on the candidate's contact information provided in the BBB portal, the phone number and email address for the candidate were not found in our system. This leads us to conclude the candidate's record has been deleted, per his request. 

       

      Nonetheless, we did forward the complaint to the manager over the individual mentioned in the complaint and also copied the legal representative over the state.

      Whoever responded to my complaint is not telling the truth. By stating,"The phone number and email address for the candidate were not found in our system. This leads us to conclude the candidate's record has been deleted,per his request."

      If this were true, why did I receive an email and phone call from one of their recruiters only a few weeks ago for a job opportunity only to be told they would not work with me again? I was told this from one of their recruiters by the name of ****. He told me and I paraphrase, "We cannot work with you ever again."

      I opened a complaint against Robert half, with the ********** ************************ and have a phone interview with them on October 19, 2023.

      There will be a lawsuit filed against Robert Half for keeping me unemployed for over 21 years.

I checked our portal when we issued this complaint to our branch leadership and viewed their notes that they spoke with the candidate to address his BBB complaint. Their note reads: tt ******* and let him know we will not be e-mailing him going forward, he responded that is all he wanted.
