I purchased a smart lock off of Amazon on 5-1-23 I installed lock and lock does not power on I contacted Amazon which I was told to contact the business which I did and told the to troubleshoot the lock which I told them I did with Amazon support and asked for a new lock they wanted my phone number so they could text me to troubleshoot the lock and never got a text from themInitial Complaint

I purchased a lock from this company about a year ago from ******. I thought that this was a smart and safe decision. I was wrong. I programmed a code into the lock. It worked fine or so I thought! ********** put in the wrong code one day and guess what happened! The lock unlocked and allowed him entrance into the home. We then began trying different number combinations and all opened the door. My home has been unsafe the entire time. Anyone can just come and punch in random numbers to gain access to my home. My home is totally unsafe for my family! I want my money back or a lock that can protect my family like the advertisement promised!!!
