            Why start today? I had an opportunity to either put life on hold or change my perspective and see I had an opportunity to work on myself to go into 2025 healthy and fit with a strong positive mindset. I had a scheduled knee replacement the week I sgned up for 1:1 personal coaching. I was also given notice myself and my office employees would be laid off Nov 30th. I had all the excuses not to start now but I turned the excuses into an opportunity and I couldn't be happier to have the support and guidance from my coach when I needed it the most. I am using this time away from work to rehab my knee, learn more about cycling macros specific to my needs and to develop a positive self image. I am confident when I return to work I'll have skills to balance life and work to continue my fitness and health journey. I am thankful for my coach, for this opportunity to care for myself and that I didn't put off getting started until the new year.
