Some facts have been left out here.  She did complete a test drive after I had the window fixed and the car was in good operating condition at drive off.  Within a week I would estimate some issues popped up and we fixed those on our own expense.  As was stated we also gave her a loaner vehicle for the time the car was being worked on.  Approximately six months later a transmission issue did come up or that's what we were told.  The car has never been brought in to be assessed and it has sat at her place of residence.  As is stated in her contract it is the customers responsibility to return the car to us if it's not being paid for or not in operation.  The customer also signed an "As Is" statement at the time of drive off.  We do our best to assure that we are giving customers the best car possible but after it leaves our shop we have no idea what maintenance is being performed after it drives off.  I have given ***************** other options as far as getting in to another car through our customer service department and offered to relieve her of the repairs that are customers responsibility when signing an "As Is" statement.  I regret that the car had these issues and we do our very best but on occasion there will be issues.  There were no codes and no transmission issues at drive off and the car passed smog without issue.

I am willing to help ***************** in any reasonable way that I can and have left her a voicemail today along with a follow up email.

I bought a car from them back in July 28th, 2023. The seller reported the car having issues that they were aware of. It wasn't going to come with a warranty but after putting 5500$ down they gave me a 18 month warranty. And still tried to tell me it was only a transmission warranty and wouldn't cover the issue at hand. The codes kept popping up until it finally broke down while driving and I had my daughter with me. After I told them I was tied of it and wanted my money back they agreed to cover it. They told me it would take 2 days and let me borrow a car off the lot. The car they gave me broke down that same day and they refused to do anything and told me don't start with the drama. Now my car won't be ready for supposedly another week

Absolutely false.  We never reported that there were issues before it drove off.  We never sell a car before any issues that we are aware of are addressed. There was nothing wrong with the car when it drove off.  We went over everything at the time of sale that the warranty covers.  We walked through each part of the warranty and what is covered as we do on every deal.  We let the customer borrow a car and are paying for whatever we find that is going on.  We did not have to let the customer borrow a car.  They are free to return the car we let them borrow but I'm not sure what else I can do for them.  We are trying to make sure we get the car done right and not hastily return it before it's fixed.  We are paying for it.  If the customer is unhappy with how long it may take they are free to pick up the car and take it elsewhere to have the work done.

Hello, I bought a car from them in April 2023 and I paid for the tags. It is now July 2023 and every time I have called to ask about them he gives me some excuse. I'm tired of hearing it. I should of had them by now. The *** doesn't take this long!

We long ago did everything necessary to have the tags processed with DMV.  All taxes and registration fees were paid to DMV in plenty of time.  However, we unfortunately did not receive the title from the dealer auction where it was purchased.  The title was labeled as "Missing" by the auction.  We have been reaching out to them daily for an extended period of time letting them know that we needed a title immediately to be able to finish the registration process with DMV.  We have done everything possible as a dealer to get this completed including escalating it to the management level at the dealer auction to please send us the title that we paid for when we purchased the vehicle.

We finally got someone to make progress on this and the title is supposed to arrive today via Fed-Ex.  We have a tracking number and it is slated to arrive today.  Unfortunately we've been at their mercy and have done everything possible to get this completed but we have been waiting just like the customer has.  I apologize for this but there was nothing we could do.  We've never had a title not get to us within the 90 day period that is allowed on the temporary tag.  As soon as this title arrives we are taking it straight to ********** DMV to hopefully get it processed right on site and not have to wait for the tags to arrive in the mail.  We are going out of our way to try to make this happen within the 90 day period allowed on the temporary tag.

I am rejecting this response because: how dare you tell me you guys are going out of your way for me. When all you did was lie every time we called. I'm more then positive I won't see those tags by the time the 90 days is up so yes I have a lawyer already cause you sold me a car you had no paper work on yet. Remember the last time I talked to you? Telling me you'd have the tags within first week of July and then once the three months is up you come clean? That's not how it works. You'll be hearing from my lawyer.

We took the title to DMV ********** as soon as the title arrived and they were able to produce tags and registration for us on site rather than waiting for them to arrive in the mail.  We contacted the customer who is on the contract yesterday about picking up the tags in our office today at 1 PM and we were told they would be by to pick them up.
