This take place through out my entire time working at the laboratory for *************************** and *********************. I was bullied since i started working for them as a Lab assistant. Several employee will bully me, lie about my work. several employee will talk about each other and start problems. I have caught ***** the Supervisor discuss personal information from an employee to the other employees. Bad mouth talk employee who mess up by accident. BUT there is favoritism, the biggest bully never gets in trouble by all means she gets praised mean while she give the good employees a hard time and the good ones always end up quitting because management does not take action in correcting the behavior. I still have e-mails I wrote to myself for every bad event and experience I had there if proof is needed. I have NEVER experienced what I experienced working at Beverly Hospital in Beverly ,MA. I think the laboratory management should get investigated. I felt so overwhelmed and lost a lot of money because of this reason I had to leave otherwise I felt like I was threatened if I stayed longer.
