*False Advertisement* The business was hosting a ********* event on Saturday, October 29, 2022. I reserved 2 tickets for the event. The tickets stated free before 9:30pm. I arrived at the event at 8:50pm. The event had not opened yet. At about 9:15pm I went to ask one of the event organizers if he would open the event at soon as tickets stated free before 9:30pm. He stated that they would honor the tickets and let us in free because they are opening later. After we waited in line for 40 minutes, the event finally opened. However when we got to the front of the line. The event organizer stated that they would no longer honor anyone's tickets that stated free before 9:30pm. We had to pay an overpriced fee per person. I noticed the event organizer did the same thing to numerous people as they were turned away with their costumes. Some people simply didn't have the overpriced fee to pay causing embarrassment to couples on dates and nights to be ruined as their plans were canceled by the business. A business should not be advertising something they are not going to honor. The event organizers were then seen arguing among each other as some spoke up about the unfairness of the situation. Then they continued to charge me and other parties for services that were promised inside and then not delivered. This business is extremely unprofessional and should not treat people this way along with having its attendees witness event organizers arguing among each other.
