      Great company, my kids love the projects and it is easy to gift it to nieces and nephews. I rarely have anything wrong but the few times I have had a missing part in the past several years the customer service has been great.

      The customer service is great! They made pausing our subscription during a move super easy. The response to my questions was prompt and addressed all of my concerns. Very happy with KiwiCrate.

      Difficult to reach in a timely manner. You email and then receive a we got your email and in a couple of days, finally, a response from someone you can communicate with. You cannot contact someone directly to ask about crates when there are issues. The automatic renewal is nonexistent. My nephew has been waiting for a crate because they made a mistake and sent the same crate two times in a row. They did refund my money for the crate, but didnt send him a new crate. He was very disappointed. The quality of the crates is excellent. He loves them all. The subscription process and the communication process need improvement.

      I have twice contacted Kiwico customer support for questions. Both times the response has been very prompt and the representative has been super helpful! My son loves his crates and the ease of navigation with the customer service team ensures we will be clients for a long time.

      Amazing products, thoughtful guides, and overall great customer service. Our experience with ********************** so far has been incredible - our child loved the toys, and for the two times we had to contact customer support, they responded promptly. They also generously sent us pieces that we lost so we didnt have to deal with incomplete sets. Absolutely love this company.

      They have been very good in answering questions, making certain I buy the right subscription and keep me posted of when an item ships and what it will be. As a grandmother purchasing a subscription for a grandchild who lives far away, this has been great.
