I had applied for an apartment at this residence and was advised the apartment i applied for was taken. They charged my bank account $48.00 on August 26, 2022 and i have been going back and forth with them about getting my money back. I call them at least once or twice a week and have been told by ********* my check was mailed out by her supervisor over a month ago. I have not yet received anything from them and have a postal service mail scan sent to my email daily on what i should be receiving daily so i know it wasn't sent to me. I've tried calling her back so i can go in person to pick up a check instead but they no longer answer my calls,Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have been told numerous times that they are working on a getting me a refund and have told me many times the manager had mailed me a check already. I need a time frame from the company on when I will be getting my money back and a certain date because this issue with them has been ongoing for 2 months now. They were so quick to take my money, why cant they be as quick to give me my refund? Also they state if I have any questions to give them a call but whenever I do they never answer and send me straight to voicemail.
