I’m a retired senior citizen and have never fell for a scam before l. I guess there’s always a first time. I contacted Supreme Auto Detail on April 1 and spoke with D**** ********. I told D**** I was unsure if I wanted to wrap my new truck or do ceramic coat. He stated that he didn’t do the wrap but gave me a price for Ceramic Pro Ion. I told him I would get back to him and he pushed for a deposit stating that if I went with wrap he would refund my deposit I found it strange that he had me Zelle his personal account but I made the mistake of sending him $500. He sent me a text the following day stating that if I would Zelle him the difference and pay in full he would discount $100. Fortunately I did not. It turns out that the product he quoted me he could not even get as he is not a dealer for that company. My gut was telling me that this guy was not legit and I called him and told him I was going to go with the wrap and to please refund my $500. He told me he we give me a company credit. I told D**** that was not our deal and I wanted the refund as promised. I finally said send me back $250 and I would take the loss. He agreed but said his Supreme Auto Detail didn’t have the money and asked for time. I gave him a week and when nothing happened I sent him multiple texts and attempted to call and he is now ghosting me. May have blocked my #. He stole my money and as far as I’m concerned.Initial Complaint

On November 3rd 2023 I paid the owner of first impressions detailing, David G, $300 for a 10 wash package. Over the course of months I have called, sent text messages, and instagram messages to redeem the washes and have unsuccessfully used any of them. I’ve requested my money back because they have not rendered the service but it has all gone unanswered. I’ve searched yelp and see a few reviews where other people are now seeking legal action against the owner David because he has done the same to them.Initial Complaint

S***** *****, employee of First Impressions, was paid in full (via Venmo) as he requested to order Paint Protective Film for our car. This payment was made on November 27th, 2023 at 11:44 am. We have tried numerous times over the last four months to have the service rendered. We have exchanged text messages with the owner, J**, and D****, the owner's son multiple times trying to get this resolved. Joe hung up on my son when he called the business last. On Friday, February the 23rd we met the police at the business to attempt to get our money back. We spoke to Joe, the owner, as did both of the police officers. Joe has promised for months that we would get a refund but also telling us that "it's not his problem". We are trying to get this settled through BBB but we will take action for a Small Claims Court Case.
