I *********************** am currently dealing with an issue withdrawing my money from PARS, I worked for the ****************** who allocated a portion of my money that I worked for to PARS. My main complaint was that I requested a withdrawl on september 20th and waited only to never recieve a letter of distribution. After 5 attempts of calling and asking for answers I recived a digital copy of the letter a month later. Once completed I am still waiting for my paper check to arrive after being told that I'll recieve my check in the mail the following week I called. But, everytime I call after a week passes by I am told that my money will not be given to me until a later date pushing back my request further and further.Business response

Per our records *********************** first contacted PARS on 9/28 to request a distribution of his account. The data in our system did not match what he was reporting, as he stated he had returned to work since separation date reported to us by his previous employer. We requested updated information from his previous employer and received said information on 10/18. We sent him a packet of distribution information that same day 10/18 clearly stating that distribution of his account would occur within 60 days of us receiving his authorized forms. ***** submitted his packet back to us that same day 10/18 and it was queued for processing. He called us on 10/25 to check on the status of his distribution; we confirmed that we had received his paperwork and that the distribution would be going out within the 60 day window as noted in the distribution packet. ***** called again today, 11/17 and was advised that his check would be going out by the end of this month, well within the stated 60 day window from our receipt of his distribution paperwork on 10/18.
