On May 23, 2024, I paid 4M Dental for dental services, which included x-rays. I paid $2346 out of pocket and my dental insurance paid $1200, which came to a grand total of $3546. After receiving services, I was unhappy with the service received so i returned to my regular dentist office (not 4M Dental) weeks later to continue treatment. I asked 4M Dental to email me copies of all my X-rays to give to my regular dentist they refused saying they charge $25 for the copies of the xrays. I am entitled to all my personal images, records, and all other documents pertaining to my health records but they are holding it hostage for another $25. I already paid for services that resulted from those x-rays and refuse to pay more for copies of them... I am already UNHAPPY and DISSATISFIED with their subpar services that ive already paid thousands of dollars for and now they're asking for more money for something that i have full rights toBusiness response

Hello *****, There is actually no charge for your records at 4M and we do not have a record release from you on file? It is noted that you have left negative reviews on several other doctors, and the amount of your treatment repoprted is incorrect, so perhaps you have the wrong business? On 6/8/2022 implants were placed in my lower and upper mouth. They were horrible. $40,000 and they ill fitting and not to my liking. So I believe on 11/6/2022 they tried to redo the upper implant which is still horrible and did nothing about the lower. I missed holidays (4th July, Labor Day, my family trip in October) because of time it was taking them to redo. They dont fit in my teeth correctly. If I smile big proof of implants is seen. None of the staff would listen to my concerns or do want it was I wanted , they kept saying you signed the contract and yes I did under stress. I did not want to miss Christmas too. They did not replace or fix the problem. the full lower teeth they made no corrections on or any adjustment for a proper fit. They worked only on the upper and NEVER gave me the gum color that I also selected. I still hide my smile and Ill paying ******** credit $40,000. I also dont think it fair that I had paid ******** during the redo of the implant that I had no use of. I feel that they never really remade them just put me off until I got frustrated and accepted defeat. One of me against at less 5 of them resulted in my defeat. I look at my mouth every and my heart breaks.Business response

We have contacted ******************** and invited her back to 4M to address her dissatisfaction. We thoroughly reviewed her case and re-made her prosthesis. We hope that we have a satisfied patient. She declined final photos, or we would post one showing her beautiful smile!Customer response

First, I would like to say, 4M is not telling the truth. They did NOT offer to take pictures of the finish work. That being said, Im not completely satisfied with the outcome of the lower implants. I mentioned that I wanted the lower pushed forward more and/or pushed up more, as always they explained why its not good thing to do even though its something I wanted. The lower has never been worked on. I still my back teeth were not added. The dentist also informed me that the implant needed space in between for me to be able to clean but the lower was placed where its hard to clean. At least NOW I can smile without wearing a mask or covering my mouth. 4M dental is unbelievable. I feel they charge according to whatever Green-sky creditor approves you for and they dont care about the patient. As seen from my previous results.Initial Complaint

They did exactly the same as other people are complaining. Prior to signing the contract, the patient coordinator never ever explained to me how much the financial penalty was for the cancellation. After signing the contract and paying the full amount, I was disgusted by the fact that the patient coordinator was not even slightly interested in helping me get to the facility my surgery would take place. Once you pay the money, you are basically on your own. When I was videotaped for social media content, the camera man named ****** said, "It's all about lies man, mentiras". Because of all these questionably and irresponsible behavior on their part, I decided to cancel the surgery. I was also told bunch of lies by people who work at this facility; such as getting all on four would fix my chin implant problem and a regular dentist aka **************** in ***** could maintain All on four. I talked to **************** via phone and he definitively stated he cannot. People at this facility would basically say anything and everything to get you signed and tell all kinds of lies in order to sell dental implants. I found their business practice to be deceptive and predatory. They prey on the most vulnerable population who needs medical help. Shame on you 4M dental. Because the penalty of $5900 is outrageous, I am seeking additional refund of $3000.Business response

4M provided excellent care to ************, he is mistaken about the following details; ************ was offered medical transport for his surgery, a service that we often arrange for our patients, and he is no exception. ************ saw 2 sugeons on different occasions for consultation at 4M. After those consultations, ************ walked into the office many times with additional questions, which we were always more than happy to answer for him. When he asked about his chin implant being an issue for his dental surgery, he was told that there would be no communication with his dental implants and the existing chin implant. When he presented just a few days later, with additional questions, ************ had the chin implant removed. He was also asking about hygiene after he received his fixed prosthesis. ************ was told that patients either return for implant maintenance or find a DDS in their area to do the service. If **************** could not do so, then ************ should have asked for assitance to find another provider, which we would have assited with. There was nothing questionable or irresponsible about his treatment by 4M. ************ cancelled his surgery for unknown reasons after some services had been rendered and prosthesis was underway. His treatment and financial acceptance forms clearly outline the cancellation fees which were reviewd with and signed by him.
4M is a leader in full mouth tooth replacement, we have an institute for teaching DDS interested in surgical dentistry, and an excellent reputation. No one working for 4M would say anything like what ************ describes ****** saying and we do not believe that is a truthful statement. 4M does not prey on people but offers a service accessable for all. This is apparent by the many positive, happy patients that we have and make what we do a pleasure every day.4M went above and beyond as always to give ************ the services that he came in for and retain him as a patient.

I hate liars and I hate dealing with liars. It is one thing to deal with dishonest business where everything is motivated by financial gains. However, it is a completely different matter to deal with dishonest medical practice. This is not something people should look over. This is the reason why I've decided to pursue course. One, to get my own justice and Two, to prevent something like this ever happening to other consumers. People at 4M dental has no conscience. They tell lies and make up new stories as they go along to cover up their lies. Seriously how do you live with yourself? If you were that honest and wonderful, how do you explain all the negative horrifying review at your ****** office? People at Better Business Bureau should really pay attention to all the 4M detal Branches for their practice is corrupt. I can name so many more lies you told me. Here is one. After I was examined by Dr. *********** initial treatment figure was $75k then I said I can't afford that and it went down to $65k and then finally down to $58k. What kind of hospital would negotiate price down like this? It is a medical treatment is it not? So how much was your initial markup for this surgery?
