I'm going to make this short, I had to give this company one star it is not because they deserve it. They filed my documents late, you really speak with the attorney, the attorney was not prepared for court, the attorney didn't have the evidence book during court, I can go on and on lastly. The attorney didn't react to the judge our opposing counsel during trial. Use another company!Review from Crystal B.

I hired the attorney to represent me in my DV case. Unsure if they really tried or believed in my case as they appeared to not put much effort in court. The office blatantly ignored multiple requests for a refund of unused legal fees for 2 months. I had to file a complaint with the licensing board to finally get my money back from unused legal fees. Be careful before giving this attorney your money.

However, please be advised that any refund process takes some time in order to ensure you receive your unused funds in its entirety. I contacted the office many times since December 17, 2023 requesting a refund. I made multiple calls and text messages being very patient and polite and the only response I was given is someone will get back to you. Nobody ever got back to me, I was completely ignored, and also ignored when I requested a copy of the retainer agreement. I was ignored with no answers to anything for over 2 months. That is not ethical or showing concern for your clients. I got a response much quicker on the BBB website than to my personal cell phone as a client. This shows your concern about your image rather than taking care of a clients concerns.
