If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My son used them through a dealership to purchase his first vehicle. 5 days later ******* in the fraud department calls my son and tells him to link his bank account so they can verify his direct deposits. My son clicks on the link and because I work in Contract Law, I read the terms and conditions for Plaid, the verification site. It clearly states they can check your banking info at any time during the course of your loan and your giving them express permission to do so. I told my son not to link his bank. They called him back after he did not take action and said he was only worried about doing it because he is probably a thief. I have never in my life had to cuss somebody out the way I did this day and then *****, the supposed manager calls back and tells me, it's parents like me that allow our children to be scammers. What the hell? It's parents like me that want to protect their children from potential identity theft and fraud situations. They also said they were unable to verify his employment and the office manager says they called her after 7pm EST because they are located on the west coast. She did not know my son's specific start day because she was AT HOME at 7pm. This company is unethical and the employees are less than competent. I'm guessing the call center was their last resort for reputable jobs.Review from William D

I applied for a *** on Tampa Bay Wholesale Auto and was contacted by United Auto Credit. The individual I spoke with was *************************, who was responsible for approving me for this car. I was asked numerous questions regarding my credit report. Yes, I do have a fraud alert on there, but rest assured, the person you were speaking with on the phone was clearly me. I am the owner of that credit report we were discussing. When I reached back out to the salesman to inquire about the decision, he mentioned that I was denied because there was too much fraud. However, there was no fraudulent activity on my credit report. The alert was merely a precautionary measure I placed so that whenever I applied for credit, I would be contacted first to verify my identity. Everything currently reported on the credit report belongs to me. Thus, it was frustrating that the bank asked me all these questions and then made an unfounded accusation. I will be contesting this with a lawyer because it is unjust to accuse someone of fraud without evidence, and to use that as the reason for denial. There is no substantial evidence of any fraud on my credit report.United Auto Credit Corporation Response

Absolutely the worst ever! They repoed my car, sent me the title, and continue to charge me for monthly payments ! I dont know where the car is located I hold the title and dmv has sent me multiple notifications about registration suspension because i took off the full coverage. My credit has gone down 80 points for missed payments since Feb. due to non payment since I carry title of car as only owner! I disputed the credit thru all credit companies and this place shot back saying I dont own car I still owe 14 plus grand, mind you its 2 grand over my original buying price lol and that I make 750 dollar monthly payments still again lol. This place is a joke.law suit comes to mind right about nowUnited Auto Credit Corporation Response

Do not do business with this place!! I purchased a car for my daughter with ***** automotive in ************ **. I was talked into getting a loan with United Auto credit. The next day I had 3-4 missed calls from a California number. They left multiple emails for me to call them. Im a truck driver, so I do not talk on the phone much. I finally got connected for a welcoming call. I declined the call. After making my first payment, 7days late due to a bank error.. I had 2 hillbillies from ************ carlot following my daughter, trying to repo the car. I was informed by the carlot that United Auto credit denied the loan after my 3k down payment. I hid the car for a couple days. And just paid the car off through United auto credit.. 6k cash left. Even after paying it off these incompetent lenders took 4months to send the title. I had the cash to buy it out right, but was talked into dealing with United auto credit. Worst experience ever!! Save your time.. do not go through themReview from Joy L

*************************** is the worst! They have two different entities one I believe on the other side of the world that doesnt understand the regulations and rules. I was given false information by them. When I called back in to get it resolved and was escalated to upper management ******* took the call and was short, argumentative, and rude. Not once did she try to de-escalate the situation or try to be understanding and empathetic.United Auto Credit Corporation Response

United Auto Credit are crooks, scammers, greedy and absolute fraud. I tried calling to see if we can come to an agreement to settle an amount on a closed account. They didn't want to and wanted the full $800 amount on a 2008 Chrysler CLOSED account which I can not do as I'm on disability. Since they are greedy they decided to put it on my credit out of spite. For all victims, there is power in prayer. What's in the dark will come to light and this evil organization will be exposed. Be patient. They will have to answer for their evil doings. For all the feedback I read here, It proves this company is based on evil. I got a massage for United Auto Credit, there is something called karma, yours is coming... soon.United Auto Credit Corporation Response

More of a debt collector than a company handling your car loans. Don't spare your tears or sob story, they don't care. Last collection call was just an email with a link to pay.United Auto Credit Corporation Response
