      On 7-9-21, Northridge screen service Complete mobile shop. Replaced and install new window screens 8 screens this include the windows screen for my kitchen. As these screens were being installed I let the owner ***** ****** know that there's all kinds of gaps I see top and bottom bottom of the new screens him and his associate taking the measurements at my home at and as they proceed to install I noticed this I told him about it ***** told me this is the best he could do.I called the company, because I didn't want to go another year with flies, and tape around the open gaps that I Show ***** prior, when first installed. ***** came to my home on 6-30-22 at 6:45am we agreed at 7am I had to cause ***** said he's all book up, I didn't want my one year warrant to expire.***** came Once again he did nothing he did not correct the issue. I told ***** as a customer is it something you can do like use weatherstripping or window Screen seal silicone on the gaps he said no he said he have weather stripping and I could do it myself and I should be satisfied, or buy me some new window. ***** was very angry And very hostile that is not customer friendly R satisfaction especially since he was paid to perform the work ***** ****** did a 1/2 done job I feel that I should receive half of my money back and don't want his service cause hes very argumentative Arrogant and say I need to be satisfied and won't and what will I do myself a flavor and by all new windows and he drove off but before he did he said I'll think about. The next week ***** wrote me a letter and said he did not see any flies In told them only time flies come in it's when I'm cooking when I'm 1st ***** also denied that he did'nt do kitchen srceens windows and then he remembered he did the company tried to allege that they had no copy of my receipt because they did not want to fulfill their obligation of the one year warranty I called them back the 2nd time with the receipt and in 3 seconds they remembered this is very bad business. I miss 1 day's work which I'm not claiming for him to do nothing again. I do appreciate any support that you can offer me.
