      date of transaction is 7/10/23 paid amount was ****** a working product with no issues, "dac and amp" the product does not work and hence why im asking for a refund no response from the business since request for refund ORDER APOS-OID-36841 no advertising was involved in this purchase

      Placed an order ORDER APOS-OID-36028 for Topping DAC from Apos. Received it on June 8th, 2023. Requested RMA from Apos on June 9th, 2023 which is within their documented Return and Refund Satisfaction Guarantee policy on their Website. They requested that I do different testing and I complied, now 10 since requesting that RMA, Apos still did not provide me with the **** Reading on the Web shows that they delay issuing RMA past 15 days after which they try to charge customers 20% re-stocking fees. This is dishonest and mislead commerce practice that should stop. I had complied with their own written policy, they failure to provide necessary RMA in time shall not be impact my 100% refund with no re-stocking.

      I returned a product Order number APOS-OID-31782 with tracking number ********************** over 3 weeks ago and have not received an update or refund. I've tried contacting them about it with no luck.

      Date of transaction was November 28 2020 Amount was $119.99 I returned a product since it didn't meet the expectations I had for it and sent it back.I hadn't heard anything from the company for weeks after they received it. When I reached out to them they told me it was missing a manual and I informed them that there was no manual when I received the product. After weeks of back and forth with the company they informed me that they are confident there was and refuse to refund me with out charging me $20 for a manual that didn't exist.
