Hello, so I was going to get services from this hair salon name nappy or not and I originally called the shop and spoke to the owner about the services and the price and I told her that I was going to send her my money so I would not spend it and she said OK no problem after realizing that she actually or charge me, I ask for my money back and she told me that she charges $250 deposit so I said no problem I had originally sent her $850 and she told me that she would return $650 after waiting almost half a month for her to return the money and being very patient. She then returned $500 to me today and then told me that we are even, and Im like I dont understand because I never received any services from you and so I continue to try to speak to her and try to get the rest of my money and she continue to say rude things to me and blocked me on her phone and her website
