On 6/11 I purchased a bike helmet that was blue because they were out of stock in the black. The sales associate said the model of helmet was popular and selling fast. I said to my partner in front of the sales associate I better buy the blue and then return it if I cant find it online in black. I then asked the sales associate if they could order it in black. He looked online and said theyre supplier was sold out so I bought the blue one. While ringing up our there was no signage and no employees mentioned anything about their refund policies. On 6/30 I returned to the store after having found the helmet in the color I wanted directly from the manufacturer. In the store the manage explained they dont accept returns on helmets and pointed my attention to the bottom of my receipt. I explained it had the tags and had never been worn and that I would not have purchased it if their staff had explained the policy to me but he offered no solution to me.
