On July 3rd I had a $592.55 visit which the vet acknowledged was probably unnecessary but had been strongly recommended in order to continue with my dog's pain medications. At that time she took a heartworm test for $83.50. Their policy is not to provide authorization for medications from more affordable pharmacies. This meant my request from July 6th is taking over a week to get the original script which I need to mail. By phone, I was told I would need to come in for the script (they probably knew I would need the original copy). I asked if it could be emailed, they said, "no" I said, "okay." I have now been met with statements that I insisted on an emailed copy therefore they cannot give me the original script. Ideally this medication is time sensitive based on the negative test, and is also ****** burdensome to encourage clients to use their own overpriced providers. At this point I would like the written script in a timely manner.Business response

On July 13 our Hospital Manager called and spoke with *********************** and explained why we do not work with online pharmacies. The written RX script was provided to her that day, along with an apology for not being able to get it to her earlier.
