Purchased Order ****** Order Date 01/27/2022 50 inch blue backlight Rigid light bar Ext price ****** SKU ****** I received the item in perfect condition. I had to ship back to seller due to additional parts from **** not being available due to back order. I shipped the item back in perfect condition never installed via Fed Ex -tracking **** **** 0306.The seller informed me that the item was damaged upon receipt. I submitted a claim with Fed ex which was denied. I used the same box I received the light bar in. This seems deceptive trade practices. *********************** Mon, Mar 14, 7:58 PM (13 hours ago)to me Dear **************,I am sorry that ***** declined your claim. What was their reason for the denial? I know you are upset but put yourself in my place. The bar was received in a condition my distributor deemed damaged and not resalable, with pictures to prove their claim. This was not acknowledged when we spoke. I am trying to navigate both you, my customer and my distributor that controls the outcome of whether to refund me or not. The pictures are damning evidence that something happened to the package and bar at some time from when you received it until it arrived back at the distributor. Did you notice if the bar and box were like this when you received it initially? Was there anything out of the ordinary that you can tell me so I can go back to my distributor with facts. This is not over yet. I am still working with my distributor to try to resolve this and get your refund. Threatening to post negative feedback about my customer service when I haven't even come to a conclusion yet is premature. I hope you will give me more time to work with my distributor to try to convince them to refund me. Even if they refuse, I can still refund you if I deem appropriate. This matter has been resolved. Please cancel the complaint. The seller is refunding the amount.
