On April 6. 2022 we ordered a motorized retractable awning from Eclipse Awning Workz and representative ***********************. We used our credit card for the $1000.00 deposit. We were told it would be 6 -8 weeks before we would receive our awning. *********************** called on or about May 6, 2022 and told us that they were made aware from the manufacturer that our awning would be delayed a couple weeks. We didn't have an issue with the delay. When I hadn't heard from the Ecipse about the delivery and installation of our awning, I called and left a message on June 28, 2022 for ***********************. When I didn't receive a return phone, I became concerned an sent a text message on June 30,2022. Still, no reply from *********************** or anyone at Eclipse. On July 6, 2022 I sent email requesting an immediate response, but as of this date I have not had any communication this company. I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge of $1000.00 as I have not received the awning.Initial Complaint

Transaction Date was 2/03/2022 We ordered custom electric patio shades from this business & put a deposit down by check for $2067.75.Expected delivery was sometime in April 2022 with the understanding there were some aluminum shortages. April passed & still no shades. We contacted the business by email a few times, requesting updates. The last email I received from them was dated 6/9. The response: "Hello *****, The warehouse has had some unexpected days. I was just informed it will be atleast another 2 weeks. I apologize. I have a complete shipment delayed due to this issue. I will have the delivery expedited, but I don't have a better ETA thus far.*********************** Eclipse Awning Workz ********************************** sent another email 6/28 requesting an update & have not received any response. When I try calling the phone #, I get a message that the mailbox is full, so I can't leave a voicemail.My husband and I are concerned that this business no long exists but can't verify that for sure.
