DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!I have tried to be patient and understanding and not make a fuss however, this place is getting ridiculous.They do not care about their residents and most definitely, will try to squeeze every last ***** out of you, if possible. Now, they have really become vultures, hawking parking spaces and making it so, you are no longer safe to park in this parking lot, whatsoever.Some people have mentioned it but the gist of it is: We received an email saying that all spots marked as CYP (mind you, ALL spots are marked as CYP except covered spots) are subject to be reserved at any time, making your car liable to be towed. Therefore, if you park in a spot that looked clear (no reserved sign) and stayed home all day... your car could potentially be towed the next morning because someone bought the spot. There is no notification that you are about to be towed. You just walk out and your car is gone. It is $270 for the tow and $70 for each day of "storage". That means off the bat, you are being charged $340 to get your car back.If you are someone that works from home, like me, this is horrendous. I don't use my car everyday.This is just the cherry on top of a laundry list of issues this place has. The people in the office are nice enough - it's the management team that seems to be the issue.Before we moved in, we addressed parking with the leasing agent and were advised that there is plenty of parking and no need to worry... seems like this changed.As they were working on the parking lot in another area of the complex, they sent a notice listing spots that we could not park in as they were reserved for people that were dislocated from the parking lot that was being worked on. SURPRISE: IT WAS EVERY SINGLE UNCOVERED SPOT AROUND MY APARTMENT. I had to park my car down the street by another apartment complex.

Horrible Management. I still have NOT RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT BACK. I MOVED OUT IN July. Turned in ALL necessary keys. I have been there for over 8 years. No damages but basic wear and tear. I have video as well. Time to go to Small Claims or start a Class Action Lawsuit. As others have also had the same issue.
