I checked in Friday after 3pm. Tye clerk informed me that I would have to pay a deposit of $200 for incidentals and it's only taken in cash. I have never been to a hotel where you needed to pay cash for incidentals if you have a credit/debit card. I paid the money.Saturday morning I noticed I had to flush the tinier twice. Not thinking much of it I continued on. That afternoon, I used it again and it dis not flush at all. I went down to the clerk and she said, " oh, you stopped up the toilet, I will have to get a plunger for you to fix it yourself." I said excuse me? She She proceeded to get the plunger from their maintenance/cleaning closet and it was not there. So I asked her, what is it she needed me to do since I had an event to attend. She said, I will need to call maintenance to ask where it is and I will call you.A few hours went by and I did not hear from her. I called Priceline, the third party i purchased my stay through. I requested that my toilet be fixed or refund my sremaining stay. The first ******* informed me that they called the front desk and they they were told to tell me to go to the front desk for Instructions. I called the front desk ad I was still at my event. The same clerknwas rude and irretrievably and asked why I would call a third party about this matter. I explained that she had not called me back, I did not want to return to a room with no working facilities and I refuse to plunge it myself. She told me that she sat the plunger at the door of my room and hung up on **** called Priceline and spoke with ***. I explained the situation, she read the notes from the previous call and I told her I wanted a refund. She called multiple times and was got the same clerk at the front desk that was irate to her and said she will not give me a refund nor will she be accepting anymore calls from Priceline. Then hung up on her. *** said she would escalate the complaint. And wait for an email or call back. I did not receive either.

We stayed at the Ramada inn Oceanside,Ca on 06/07/24 thru06/09/24. When we got our rooms the smell was so bad that they had to change us to another room. The smell was almost as bad as the first room. It was late and we decided to stay since the room was already paid for. The next day my boys brought our dog to one of the rooms. We had already left for the day. The owner called me saying i needed to pick my dog up they called animal control because he would non stop crying. I drove back to the hotel from *********** and found out that my boys had brought our dog to the room. I was clearly having a anxiety, panic attack because the manager was calling me that animal control was involved. When I got there there was no animal control and no crying that I could hear from our dog. She tells me I had to sign the form for charges to the room for the dog. I took pictures of the scratches and told her that we would fix it. She agreed and said it would be no problem and she would sign off on it on Sunday when we would do repairs. She seen I was having an attack and offered me water and a snack and reassured me that she wouldn't charge me once the repair was done and she also offered more jobs for repair. Sunday morning we went to front office to talk to her and she never showed up. We talked to the maintenance guy and he seen the scratches and said that it would be easily fixed and were superficial and easy paint touch up. We told him we were going to fix it but needed the owner to sign off on it since that was the agreement. He called the owner and she said she wasn't coming in. She still charged us over $800. I understand I lost the $200 deposit for incidentals but I don't agree with the charges of $475 and $150.
