      I purchased $176.20 worth of irises and flowers from easy to grow bulbs and received the irises long before receiving the remaining order. I planted the irises and out of 24 7 lived and came up. I contacted Easy to grow bulbs sent in pictures and nothing came from it. I than received my remaining order for the dead flowering roots sent in pictures after opening called easy to grow bulbs to return the items sent and was told they do not except open packages. The packages are mostly green none see through plastic bags . I was told to go ahead and plant roots which I have done and nothing green ever came from them . I recently contacted them by phone and was told since I contacted PayPal unless I canceled the claim they couldnt do anything. I fell for it and cancelled the claim and was told to afterwards send in pictures of the plants again. Plants there is no plants but sent in the pictures of the roots tops that was planted in pots to see if they would happen to sprout any signs of life. I have tried several emails in the last week or so and no response. Only thing I have out of the money I spent is 7 irises and $10.20 that they refunded back to my PayPal account.Im waiting a couple more days for them to respond back and if not I will contact a lawyer for the run around I have been given and another thing is Easy to grow bulbs are not standing behind replacing anything that doesnt live or grow as stated or us people wouldnt have to go through all the emails and pictures that they demand. Flowers are going to take off and grow from the roots that was sent if they were any count not dried up and dead on arrival. No flowering root is going to take months of watering or waiting a year to see any growth.All these bad reviews and I suppose everyone of us are supposed to just forget about the warranty and let easy to grow bulbs go. Im not Im an honest person and expect everyone I do business with to be honest with me. ******* B order # ******

      I ordered hosta from this company. Paid $34.95 not to mention shipping. They came in 3 roots. 2 of the roots were completely rotting and the other one was almost dried up. So I emailed them they wanted pictures . Finally after several days they refunded me for 2 of them at $19.90 and said the other one was good. No its not its completely dried !!! I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

      Poor quality control and customer service. First, I ordered a pack of white bulbs (freesia and ranunculus combo). The freesia were more ivory with yellow, the ranunculus were white. It didn't seem a big enough deal to complain. However, I also ordered two different types of Ixia what were supposed to be white and purple. Spring rolls around and they come up bright pink and bright yellow. There is no way they were the right bulbs, though the packaging definitely said the correct Ixia variety. I email the company. I send photos. They need the photos in a different format. I send them again. They ask for more photos, I send them. They ask for more photos, I send them. At this point, I've spent hours on this, and they still don't believe me. The cost of the bulbs was about $22, so they are willing to lose a customer who has spent over $200 (and was just getting started... ) over $22. Really poor business strategy.I know that there are bad people out there who try to scam companies, but generally, the gardening community is a good and honest bunch of people. It kinda hurts that they are implying I'm somehow trying to scam them, when they are the ones who won't own up to a simple mistake. I get it. Mistakes happen. Their response should have been, "Oh, I'm so sorry! Let us refund you and ship you new Ixia's next fall!" That should have been the end of story, and I would have spent hundreds more dollars there and not write this review. I hope they read this and revamp their business practices, or they won't be around much longer.Also, I wrote a review about a flower that was supposed to be rabbit-resistant but wasn't, and they didn't publish the review, so clearly they only publish reviews they like.

      Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us and I do apologize you received items that were not labeled correctly. I apologize we did need to ask for images to be send more than once. It does appear some of the images were sent as an HEIC file which unfortunately, we are not able to open. We do need them sent as a pdf or jpeg for us to view them. When the image did arrive in a format we could view, it does appear there was one item included in the image at which time our customer service representative did ask for clarification and if you could send more images so we could view all the items you were stating bloomed wrong. It's not at all that we don't believe our customers but we do state in our Grow Guarantee that images are necessary of all items that are blooming wrong. This is needed to send to our suppliers that package everything for us to ensure any mistakes are corrected for future seasons. Per our Grow Guarantee, we do not offer replacements for any issue, only a store credit. The credit can be used on any future order and does not expire. The credit allows our customers to try the same item again or possibly something new. I do apologize for any misunderstanding, our representative did send you a copy of the Grow Guarantee found on our website on 4/11/24 for you to review. The credit was also sent to you that same day. I do apologize an item that was labeled as rabbit resistant didn't end up that way for you. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a rabbit will not eat any of the items we sell, even the ones that are rabbit resistant. There are certain items that rabbits will tend to stay away from which is why they are resistant but if they are hungry enough or there isn't another food source for them, they can still go after the items they generally don't prefer. Unfortunately this isn't something we can guarantee.Again, I apologize you were not happy with your experience with us. We do our best to resolve any concerns with our Grow Guarantee and to provide our customers with a solution when possible.

      They canceled my order without notifying me. I ordered my bulbs in January when they became available according to Easy To Grow Bulbs website. Tracking kept saying it hadn't shipped then this last time I checked the order had been canceled! Called today and couldn't get through so I went on chat and within a few minutes someone emailed saying they had crop failure and I have been credited. I don't see it on **** yet. After I placed my order I started receiving messages this bulb is available. This situation happened last year with the same bulbs. I will never do business with this company again and will let everyone know about this companies dishonesty.

After reviewing your account, I do see the order was placed on 2/5/24. The item on the order was expected to ship this Spring when it's appropriate to plant. Unfortunately our company was notified this item did not grow as expected and wouldn't be available for the 2024 Season. We did cancel your order as soon as we found out it was no longer available. I do see an email was sent to the email address on your account on 2/28/24 at 9:47 AM informing you the item was cancelled and a full refund was issued. I do apologize if you did not receive that email. I recommend checking your junk, spam or promotional folder. Again, I apologize that once again this item is not available to ship this season, we do try to notify our customers through email if an item needs to be cancelled when the growers are not able to offer it this season. Unfortunately when working with live plants, we do occasionally experience crop failures and other factors such as weather conditions that *** arise, making an item unavailable. We thank you for your understanding.

      This was a terrible experience and I will never order from this company again. There are too many companies out there that are capable of correctly fulfilling orders in a timely fashion. I ordered early in the season on October 11th, and my card was charged immediately. That started the clock ticking; a company has 30 days to fulfill the order. That didn't happen. Easy to Grow Bulbs didn't ship until 42 days after my card was charged. I had indicated early on that I wanted these bulbs by Thanksgiving so they would bloom by Christmas. I repeatedly contacted them. I couldn't get anyone on the phone until the very end, and they wouldn't answer direct questions, like "On what day will my order be shipped?" When I indicated that if the order wasn't shipped by X date I would cancel my order, they completely ignored that. The bulbs weren't received in time to have blooms at Christmas, and they are only now just beginning to bud a month after Christmas. The first one to bloom, a bulb that was in a bag marked "Amaryllis Elvas" is the wrong color! I received a red amaryllis, not the red and white I ordered. I expect they screwed up all the other ones, too (I ordered eight bulbs which haven't bloomed yet on 01/24/2024.) Save your money and buy from a company that is competent and communicative. Easy to Grow Bulbs is not that.

Regarding when you ordered: when you placed your order, we were taking pre-orders for Fall bulbs. A Pre-order is where you purchase items that we have ordered from our growers (those items are not currently in our warehouse at the time). Due to the nature of the business, we do start preorder sales early so we can evaluate where our needs will lie for the bulbs we carry. We do state on the Shipping Information page on the site that Amaryllis do begin shipping tentatively in early November. It's difficult to be able to provide an exact date since the items are harvested fresh every season and sometimes, based on environmental factors when harvesting, the shipment date can fluctuate. We received and replied to your emails with the shipping information we had at the time. We are very sorry we could not provide an exact shipping date. Regarding ************* that has bloomed incorrectly for you, please reach out to our team at ******************************** with images of the incorrect blooms during the period they are growing so that we can assist you at that time. We do stand behind our products, and our team is always ready to assist you with your orders. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

      As others have indicated, this company has horrendous customer service. If you engage them through the chat, the representative just acts ***** and provides no real information (she just repeats useless information and even conflicted with herself). If you call them, they don't answer the calls and just put you into voicemail.

      Thank you so much for your review and I'm so sorry to hear you did not have a satisfactory experience with our company. After reviewing your account and previous information, I do see you purchased some Fall Clearance items that shipped now. I do apologize for the confusion this may caused as generally these items start shipping in Fall for planting but we continue through part of the Winter for those customers that have time to still plant. Since they are on Clearance and IN STOCK, they do ship now so we do recommend our customers make sure in stock items can still be planted when they are purchased. Since we do have them labeled in stock and our shipping information does indicate in stock items ship in 3-5 business days, we are not able to offer the shipping label you requested. On December 28th you did reach out and indicate you were actually able to plant but 3 of the 370 bulbs were in poor condition and you had requested replacements. Since all of our items are pre-packaged, we are not able to split the packages apart to send just a few bulbs so we did reply indicating we would issue a refund for those 3 bulbs that could not be planted. Once the item was refunded you did reply with a question about the amount the refund was for at which time our representative indicated the items you purchased had an additional discount and included the break down for the reasoning the amount refunded was provided to you. Since then we haven't heard back from you regarding any further concerns. After reading the replies, I do see the representatives helping you did respond to all of your inquiries within a timely manner and did answer all of your inquiries according to our policy found on our website and on the back of your packing slip. I do apologize if the shipping time was confusing, we do have our shipping timelines indicated on our site for future reference and I do apologize we weren't able to ship you 3 bulbs from a package of 10 to replace the 3 that were not viable. I also apologize if you did try contacting us by phone and no one was available to take your call. We are a very small, family owned company with a small staff and not every call can be answered. We do call back all voicemails within 24 hours so if you did leave a message, someone would have returned the call shortly afterwards. Again, I'm sorry you were not happy with your experience but it does appear through the communication that all of your concerns were addressed in a timely manner and with respect and kindness.

      I ordered bulbs near the end of October including fall bulbs (narcissus). After two weeks of hearing nothing from the company I reached out to them and they let me know that some of my bulbs were backordered and thus they weren't ready to ship yet. I expressed my concern about getting the narcissus in the ground before it got too cold and they assured me that they would get them to me ASAP. A few weeks went by and still no communication from the company so I again reached out. This continued to happen and they offered that if I would pay more for shipping they could ship the narcissus separately, note that this was a fault of their company and supply stock and not of mine, but they wanted me to pay additional. It is now late December and still the only time I hear from them is when I contact them first. I still have yet to receive any bulbs. While I have ordered from them in the past, some of those shipments have gone well and others have been lackluster bulbs. If you absolutely want your order delivered in a timely fashion, buyer beware.

After reviewing your order and previous communication, I do see the order was placed in October and did contain an item that is still currently on back order. Unfortunately our supplier has experienced some delays in harvesting due to environmental factors out of our control. I do apologize but unfortunately when working with live plant material that can only be safely harvested during certain conditions, this is a risk that sometimes can happen. We do state in our Grow Guarantee that if a customer requests to ship in stock items earlier than items that are not yet in stock, we can accommodate that request with a $5.00 processing fee to split the order and ship in multiple packages. This information can be found at any time on our site on the Policies and FAQ page. I do also see you did recently reach out again regarding your concerns the items still haven't shipped. As a courtesy, since the items on back order are not expected until the end of January, we did inform you we will go ahead and split the order and ship the in stock items right away and the back order item will ship once it arrives later this month. We did not charge you the processing fee to split the order. Once the first portion of the order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.       I ordered bulbs on 10/09/23, to be planted before the ground froze. ***** re'cd them for shipping, but they got stalled a couple of days before they should have arrived. A new tracking number was issued on 10/19, with no explanation. I have contacted Easy to Grow and ***** with no responses. We expect a hard freezes (20 degrees) tonight and for the next few nights, so it is now too late to plant. I plan to report fraud to my credit card for a refund.

I do see you reached out to us on 10/22/23 regarding your concerns with the time in transit. One of our customer service representatives did reach out to you in response informing you of the issues ***** was having with updating tracking information and that often times they are delivered without updates. After checking both tracking links you provided, I still do not see a delivery date for either which means it appears ***** has lost the package. I certainly do apologize. We can go ahead and issue a refund for the order since it does appear too late to plant. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We will certainly provide the information to the carrier for further investigation.

      The ****** tubers that came were packaged correctly (had the correct names on the packages) but now that they are in bloom, they are not what was ordered. I cannot reach the company via their phone, I have left a message and sent an email and thus far have not heard back. In my experience with other companies that sell bulbs and plants, I have always been able to easily reach them to discuss any issues. People actually answer the phone. Easy to Grow is evidently, not available to their customers. Do not buy from this company.

      Terrible customer service. I ordered corms for Astromeria but never received any nor did they respond to my requests for updates (repeatedly). Buyer beware. Never again.
