Took my vehicle in for an overheating issue. Informed me that that my radiator and thermostat were bad and needed to be replaced. I paid almost $800 and yet the problem remains. Took it back and they said now that its some other part that needs to be replaced at an additional $500. I believe this issue was caused by their misdiagnosis.Business response

Hello to whom it may concern. Please be advised when the car came in it had a Overheating issue. We pressure tested the coolant system and found out the radiator had leaks. We went ahead replaced the radiator and thermostate which is part of the coolant system. The car checked out fine when it left the shop, few days back car came back customer states Overheating low coolant light ON. We pressure tested the system again and found the ********** cooler leaking which sits on top of the intake plastic assembly part of the oil cooler. I called the customer informed him about the New leak and he wasn't happy came saw the leak. He decided does not want to repair the issue. We went ahead top off the coolant and gave him the price for repair. That was part of the diagnose after we had fixed his radiator.
