      Buyer Beware! This company does not take responsibility for their mistakes and will leave you out to dry!!! We purchased a passion fruit concentrate for a new gummy line, went through R+D and shelf life testing, and printed packaging, at a total cost of over $10,000. Then when we tried to start production they sent a drastically different product with the same label. WTF!?!**** in customer service was very UNHELPFUL, and tried to prevent us from talking to the quality manager to resolve our issue, he did this every single time we tried to follow up. Eventually we were told that the original material we purchased for R+D was actually a puree, and not a juice concentrate, they had mis-labeled it. So now I am out over $10k on development, shelf testing, and packaging. We kindly asked Nature's Flavors to take responsibility for their mistake and pay back our wasted costs, which still wouldn't account for the lost time. They ignored us. We kindly pleaded that they at least pay just the $1800 to reprint our packaging. They continued to ignore us for 3 more months, until the *** said that the owner's reply was "his company isn't responsible for costs incurred related to packaging costs incurred by you." Simply put, the owner doesn't care that his company's mistake incurred their customer over $10k in damages. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!! They have no qualms with costing you thousands of dollars and then not giving you one bit of consideration. This type of reckless and malevolent business practices are disgusting. This lack of responsibility and disregard for your effect on others is at the heart of what is destroying our world. PLEASE DO BETTER!!

      You order a product and they expect you to pay an extra fee in the event your order doesnt reach you. Further, the website doesnt stated any holidays there company observes. And as far as the shipping is explained on there it is so vague and one sided and needs updating. The only thing a customer get from the website is I make these products in small batches, if you want to buy you will need to purchase an extra insurance because we wont be responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We allow our staff to have off and we will send your order whenever we fill it. Their customer service is a joke. They dont care about the customer and it clearly shows. It may be a small business, but it is run poorly by management that clearly has not business strategies for growth.

      Avoid them!! SCAM ALERT!!Horrible customer service and all kinds of ****** reviews say they never got their products! You should never have to track down a company. most complain that the flavors are garbage quality even tho they charge a fortune. If your order is spoiled or broken they charge you a 25% restock return fee!! THEYY ARE A SCAM!!!

      I recently ordered flavored decaf coffee, chocolate and coconut. I won't be a returning customer.The coffee itself is good, but there is no chocolate or coconut flavor. It tastes like regular coffee.They sent two tiny bottles of chocolate and coconut-flavored liquid. Whatever these are, they are awful. They have a strange, sharp, isopropyl-alcohol like odor, and again, don't remotely taste like chocolate or coconut.In terms of customer service, they don't seem to have invested in an order confirmation or tracking system. Once I placed my order...crickets. After almost a week, I called and spoke to a customer service person. She was helpful in that she found my order, let me know when it would ship, and sent me an invoice. She seemed, however, to try to make me feel like the problem was my fault because I checked out as a guest rather than opening an account. I found that assumption ludicrous, since I check out as a guest at many online shops and almost immediately receive an invoice and tracking number.Considering the cost of the coffee, its lack of flavor, the time it takes to receive an order, the strangely high shipping cost from Orange County to *********, it's simply not worth it.
