I sold my condo back in May 22' and I was supposed to receive the remaining funds from my escrow account, roughly $1600 dollars. The business claims they have mailed 3 different checks but none of the checks have every been received at my new mailing address. I made another call back on 10/10/22 and spoke to a Rep that stated they would expedite a check and provided a tracking number. The Rep I spoke to on 10/10/22 stated it would take 48hours to approve an expedited check and that I should call back in 48hours. I called in today 10/24/22 and the Rep I spoke to could not provide the information and didn't see anything on my account stating what the Rep said back on 10/10/22. It's been over 5 months now and I still have no proof a check was ever mailed or a way to keep the business accountable. The Reps pass from call center to call center. All I want is for the business to provide an expedited check with tracking number.Business response

We have reached out to the loan subservicer, *************************. (DMI), which services the consumers loan on our behalf. We have asked DMI to address the consumers issue regarding the refund check. It appears that DMI previously issued the refund check but that the consumer did not receive it. DMI has reissued the check to the consumer,and it appears that the consumer should expect to receive it on 11/2/2022 via *** tracking number 1Z6433650290753740. We appreciate the consumers patience during the process of reissuing the check. Intilliloan **************** has willfully and intentionally Misrepresented Facts and Information to all the ********************************** and *********** refuses to correct their False and inaccurate statements even though i have provide incontrovertible evidence of their Misrepresentations.Business response

I would like this company to stop calling me as I have already asked them and had one of their employees have a nasty attitude towards me after I told him Im not interested in their loans. August 5 around 3:00pm they called again. I have received multiple calls since March 2022. I have filed a letter with the *** regarding companies contacting me and am currently on the do not call list. I have asked them months ago to stop and and they keep calling me using unknown and weird numbers. I am asking that you reach out and have them to stop calling as any more calls is definitely considered harassment. Thank you.Business response

We have received the consumers request through this BBB complaint and have placed the consumer on our Do Not Contact List as of 8/8/2022. We hope this resolves the consumers issue and that this matter may be closed.
