Had issues with our water heater. Contacted ****** plumbing because the water heater was purchased and installed by them. Tech came and did not seem to know what he was doing. Said nothing is wrong and charged $500 saying it needed cleaning. It did not fix the issue. Decided to call another plumber who is an authorized contractor for bradford ******** They cam and found out it was damaged heating elements and that the tank does not look like it was cleaned at all. I am seeking a full refund as this is fraud and consumers should be aware.
