I ordered flowers for my friend whose husband passed away in January, and this company purported to be in ***************. The flowers were delivered as expected and were fine, but now my credit card statement shows the $71.69 charge to be in U.S. funds and I have been charged $98.77 Cdn! What a SCAM! I demand the reimbursement of the difference, I did not order from a U.S. company, and nor would they have delivered to ******, *******! I ordered online and the email confirmation I received over 6 weeks ago is now gone from my email bin, but I am including a photo of my husband's Mastercard statement showing the charge. It is in my husband's name, but I am a cardholder on the account. Please do what is necessary to prevent this scam artist from doing further business in ******.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order with RitasFlorist.com based on the beautiful photos from Teleflora that are posted on their website. The delivered bouquet was nowhere close to the photos -- it had a few roses and ugly spray painted carnations. I called and emailed multiple times but did not receive any response. This was a scam. I found ****'s Florist online through ****** search. ****'s Florist processed my order, which took my money with the online payment. It is a fake company and scams people by taking their money, but not delivering flowers. The listed phone number is just a number to call, but no one answers or returns your call. Someone needs to have this website removed.Initial Complaint

I ordered the Rainbow of remembrance bouquet, on11/30/22 for Delivery on Tuesday 12/6/22 with extra flowers, to commemorate the tragic passing of my 29 year old niece. Order ****** I requested that the flowers be delivered to the funeral the day before the ceremony since it was an early 9AM wake.When I entered the funeral home and viewed the floral arrangement, I was shocked and sickened. Half of the flowers were wilting and dead. The majority of flowers were the least expensive, carnations . There were no lilies and other flowers to cover the expansive greenery of the bouquet. I did not pay for green leaves, I paid for flowers. This is not even a near representative of the bouquet in the marketing photo. I do not expect a duplicate, but this bouquet wasnt even close to replicating the photo. I was saddened and ashamed for the poor excuse of a floral arrangement. My assumption is that you designated a local florist to fulfill your order. If so, they cheated you and I. I request a full refund for such a substandard product, There was not one expensive flower in the bouquet that I paid $175 for. They did not respond to my numerous emails and I have received no response to my phone calls.***************************** ******************* ************Initial Complaint

I ordered ******'s from ****'s florist online Nov. 30th for delivery the next day. I was in touch with the recipient, and the flowers have never arrived despite the money being immediately taken from my checking account on Nov 30th. I have contacted the company via their contact us page and left messages at their 800 phone # in an attempt to cancel the order and get a refund but i have not had any response as of yet. In addition, the company comes across as being local, and there is no mention that the cost is in USD. The ************** said 71$, and it was not until i checked my bank account that i discovered i was being charged in USD and was therefore charged over 100$. I am upset as these were sympathy flowers, I am now out 100$ and no flowers were received. I will continue to contact this company, but after reading other negative reviews i will never use them again and believe them to be fraudulantInitial Complaint

I ordered flowers to be delivered to an address on Salt Spring Island, in **************** on Friday 9th September. ****'s Florist website promises same day delivery. Today is Monday 12th September, no flowers have been delivered.I have called the number provided on the website multiple times, and have received no response.When ordering the flowers initially, my laptop autofilled the order form with my own address as the recipient. I noticed the mistake immediately, and used the company's "Contact Us" form to cancel this order, as i did not intend to send flowers to myself. My credit card has been charged for both orders.Additionally, the website is not clear that it is located in the US. Costs of flowers, processing and shipping are shown in ******** dollars when paying, but charged in US dollars to the credit card. So at the moment I am looking at credit card charges of $235 for a bunch of flowers for my sick mother that have not even been delivered.Initial Complaint

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my daughter in laws birthday. Supposed to be delivered on her birthday. They were not delivered or her birthday or on the next day. I called and left. a voicemail but have not been called back. The charge did appear on my credit card.
