      I had ordered an arrangement of flowers for my best friend because she just lost her mother. I ordered them on February 16 they were supposed to be delivered February 16 and she didnt get them till today and most of them were dead Im extremely embarrassed as they were for the loss of her mother and Ive tried to contact the florist Ritas in ********* ******* and no one answers the phone and no one calls me back. I left my phone number in case they needed to contact me and I got no phone call saying that they were going to deliver late, so I would not recommend Ritas florist in ********* ******* they dont know how to be professional and get back to customers, and then for them to deliver a half dead arrangement that cost me in a pretty ***** they should be ashamed of themselves. I attached two pictures the one that I ordered and the one that they received

      *1/28/22, FRIDAY; googled "FLORISTS IN ******, *******;" chose ****** Florist because their website offered a sale, only available online; ordered flowers online to be delivered 1/29/22; paid $58.25 with my **** PNC card; received 2 e-mails the same day, one confirming the order with an order number, the other showing the receipt for $58.25 *1/29/22, SATURDAY; flowers were never delivered; I called their toll-free number that night, left voicemail complaint.*1/30/22, SUNDAY; received an e-mail from CHASE SUPPORT; subject line said "Re: [Security Account]: Your account was used to sign in to new device on Sunday, January 30, 2022 (EST); I opened the e-mail, but NOT the attached PDF file; decided it was part of a scam.*1/31/22, MONDAY; received an e-mail from ****** FLORIST (****** Florist <**********************************>), saying " Your ****** Florist order from January 28, 2022 has been refunded." It has NOT been refunded yet. I've contacted PNC to cancel my card. I can't prove it, but I feel certain this faux-company is responsible for the phishing e-mail from "Chase Support." The timing is just too coincidental. Also, as of today '****** Florist in ******' doesn't even show up on ******* :(

      Hi, my friend lost her mother in law last week so my team and I collected funds to send her a bouquet. The order shows as completed and nothing has been delivered. I got my friend to check her front door and she did along with checking with the neighbours and nothing as delivered. I have tried calling Ritas florists numerous times and they have not answered my calls. I am furious and upset because I have paid and the item hasnt been delivered. This is a fraudulent company.

      From *********** I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in a nursing home in *********, **. On ****** Florist website they indicate they are local. There is nothing to indicate that they are only an intermediary and not an actual flower shop. I was charged $81.45. When I looked at my credit card account I saw that I had been charged $104.59. I was also charged for a upgraded card that I did not want. There was nothing on my invoice to indicate I would be charged in American dollars. I've attached my copy of their invoice. I think that this is misrepresentation at the least and bordering on fraud.

      I ordered flowers online from ****** flowers I paid a total of **** for the flowers and balloon I ordered it on January 17th and it was supposed to be delivered to my granddaughter's school on January 18th I received a receipt for the flowers but my granddaughter did not receive the flowers at school I have made numerous attempts to contact ****** flowers today to make sure that the flowers will be delivered I've left two messages I have received no response. I would like my money back to the for the flowers due to the not being delivered to the school as per the order.

      I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter yesterday who lives in *********, **. This company appears to be local. IT IS NOT!!! They charged my credit card but no flowers were delivered. I would like to know WHY this company is allowed to do business when they are OBVIOUSLY ripping people off. Please take these people off line.

      On Dec. 15 I ordered flowers to be delivered same day from Rita’s Florist. I was charged 58.21. The flowers were never delivered. Checked web site… says order processed but ND. Called them, (************) no answer. Emails, not answered. I want a refund of my money charged to my credit card.

      I ordered an arrangement from Ritas Florist order number ****** $93.53 spring has sprung mixed basketI chose this basket because my friend is going through a hard time her daughter is dying of cancer so I selected this basket to hopefully cheer her up but when the basket was received it was almost all greenery and only one bunch of flowers the one I purchased looked like it had almost all flower plants
