This nail salon has a huge poster in front of its business saying 10 percent off. They refused to give me the 10 percent off because they said the sign has been up there for 5 months. This is false advertisement to get people to come in to their shop and then they won't honor what they advertised.Business response

To Who It May ****************** My name is ********************* and I am the owner of Sparkle Nails & Spa located in **************************************************************. *************** to a customer complaint regarding the operation of my business. ************************* filed a complaint on 9/15/2022 with a complaint ID 18032068. She accused ********* of not giving her 10% off her bill on her last visit. The reason why we declined to give her the discount is that she has been to ********* several times before and all those prior times we happily gave her the discount. We declined not to give her the discount on her last visit because our promotion discount are to be given to new customers. My employer and I tried to explain to her but she wouldnt understand and left. In conclusion, we felt what we did was right and ***************** shouldnt be rewarded with a refund.
