    This company is not trustworthy at all. I first heard of Navan through an Instagram ad. I looked into it as I am a small business owner looking for ease of travel itinerary when it comes to my business. I signed up partially, and forgot about it. I came back to the account after some time (a month or two) after I got another targeted ad on Instagram stating that anyone who signs up will get $500 in personal travel credit. So I went to complete my account/onboarding. I noticed on my account there was an applied $250 credit that was "expired" even though I had not completed the sign up and was not notified of this. I reached out to their help and support which prompted me to talk to 2 people within the company on a scheduled zoom call the next day. Day of, I get an email stating they needed to reschedule and then that was never responded to or resolved. I emailed the two employees to get more information as to why a completely onboarded small business (like mine) would have these errors already. It took two full days for a response and the email I got was not aligned with the messaging in the ad I got (the ad said you would get the $500 once a flight was booked not when a flight was traveled on, which was the actual rule).I then had to change my flights because of a business trip change. I kept getting error after error until finally my departing flight was changed over for an extra $17 in fare difference, to which I paid. Then I tried to book my return flight, the app wouldn't let me. So I got on support and talked to a rep who was extremely helpful (honestly the only redeeming quality of this company was their support rep ********** She escalated my concerns when I realized that canceling my flight did not in fact provide me a full refund... I am missing the $17 in fare difference that I paid. Navan stole from me - and this was confirmed by a previous support rep from ********************* is absolutely horrible and I will never spend money with them again.
